On Location Tours

Gary, our tour guide, did a fantastic job! We enjoyed the many locations we visited and the freebie black & white cookie was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend the tour to other TV/movie lovers.

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour! Our tour guide, Gary was enthusiastic and very funny. He was able to offer great information about the sites we saw and made the trip seem very short. Although I live locally, I was informed about a lot of information I did not know and places I have not seen since living here. This tour was a lot of fun and I would highly recommend!

Other than some rude Brits on our bus, we had fun. great way to see the city and our guide Jessica was funny and a pleasure to be grouped with.

we were a party of 4 - 2x mums and 2 x18 year old daughters - we had been in the city for 3 days prior to the tour and had done quite a lot of sightseeing and lots and lots of walking - therefore it was a light relief to have a sit down tour of the city for a few hours - also we had been to some of the locations already but it was great to get a commentry of the significance of various sights and to find some new ones - the tour guide - Gary, was fab - very engaging and informative - wont give too much away to spoil anything but ,suffice to say we all had a great time and would very much recommend the trip . Would like to make a suggestion to anyone thinking of doing the tour - if you can - get to the pick up sight early and grab your breakfast in Ellens Stardust Diner - it was just fab and really set us up for a good trip.

I had no expectations before doing the tour, other than to enjoy myself. I was teamed up with three other women, as I was on my own, but ended up with two others, who came from the same part of the world as myself. We really enjoyed sitting sipping our Cosmopolitans at O'Neils Bar, and I loved having the opportunity to get off the bus and shop or just wander around enjoying the locations we stopped at. Stephanie, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and kept up a constant stream of information about where we were and which excerpts from Sex and the City had been filmed there. Most of the locations were accompanied by video clips from the series and the two films, which put everything in context. I would highly recommend this tour to any fans of SATC, and now want to go back and watch the whole series and the two films from the start!

My fiancee took me as a sueprised and he proposed to me the day before at the New York Public Library just where Carrie was supposed to get married there. It was all a blast the tour guide was fun and very informative. Felt like I was Carrie Bradshaw for a day and lived the life of a Sex and The City girl!!!

I have been on the Sex and the City Hotspots tour and this one was just as good - These are great because you can see so much in such a short period of time... I love seeing places from my favorite shows, and getting little tid bits of fun facts along the way! Definitely recommend this tour to anyone who loves GG.

A friend of mine came to visit me from Brazil and she specifically asked for this tour... It was on a Sunday morning Sept 4th, after a night of shenanigans in the city...but our tour guide simply turned a hangover morning into an amazing and entertaining experience around the city and into the world of the Sex and the City girls. Love it!!! Our tour guide Jessica J, red hair, was phenomenal!! She was very informative and exciting!! Excellent tour!!

The tour guide, Stephanie Schweitzer, was fantastic! She made the tour exciting and fun! We have told all of our friends about this tour and how great our tour guide was. She made the tour that much better! We plan on coming back to New York in the Spring and will definitely use On Location Tours again.

I'm a NYC lover and a Sex & The City Fanatic so it was great to tie the amazing City to the show and movies. Our guide was hilarious and lots of fun...the stops could have been shortened a little and more hot spots included...but overall a good time:)

My friend and I were in NYC celebrating 30 yrs of friendship and both being SATC fans we thought it would be a fun way to spend 3.5 hrs. Overall, we enjoyed our afternoon. Staci was an entertaining guide and very helpful with our questions of the area. The bus was HOT...the A/C wasn't working and it was a hot, humid day, so the time on the bus became miserable by the end of the tour. The stop on Bleeker St. was enjoyable. However, the cupcakes served to us were terrible. They were stale and I'm sure the tour company must have a deal with the bakery to get their day old items either free or at a reduced rate. Also, we were parked outside of a children's park and the tour bus was idling because it was so miserably hot and they were trying to prevent us from suffocating while waiting for the remainder of the tour participants to return to the bus. Apparently it is against the city code for buses to be idling at a stop (or maybe near a park with children) because a very angry man came and yelled at the bus driver and the tour guide for our idling. He insisted on filing a complaint so we had to wait while he took down the driver's licence, get the bus info, etc. It was a bit of an uncomfortable situation. The bar that served the Cosmos had it down pat and the drinks were ready for us and very cold and delicious. Overall, it was an enjoyable tour. We enjoyed the birds eye view of the city and the spots where the girls shot their scenes. Since it wasn't overly expensive, we felt like we got our money's worth.

Our guide was so dynamic and fun!! The hours flew by so quickly and indeed we have seen so much! I especially loved the clips we could see during the journey about the place we have just seen! We will make another activity with ou during our next trip in NYC.

Our tour guide Gary was very enthusiastic, interactive with the guests and knowledgeable. Thank goodness for him or we most likely would have walked off the tour and went out on our own. If you like just seeing the front doors of special t.v. shows or movies then this tour is for you. We received it as a gift and expected more on the line of walking in places and seeing where shows were actually filmed. If you receive it as a gift just stay on the bus and just go for the tour of the city, as far as a movie/t.v. tour go to Universal for that part. Seeing the outside of the buildings where Friends and Ghost Busters was filmed seemed to be the highlight for most people on the bus. Everyone who enjoys television would enjoy this tour, but I will stick to museums, plays and walking around New York City. Request Gary as a tour guide, he will make your trip fun.
