On Location Tours

The tour was excellent, as was our tour guide. She really had a good grasp on the major tv shows. I would recommend this to anyone.

It was a great way to see the parts of New York City you wouldn't normally get to see, or would go to without any knowledge of the area. Not having all the trouble of travelling on the subway or taking a cab made the tour relaxing and comfortable. Having a knowledgable and funny guide was, and is very important. To be honest, this was the one thing I was not excited about. But along with the helicopter trips/circle line and the other tours NY is known for, this is one tour I would recomend to everyone.

Very Interesting tour only wish it was longer as it was barely over 2 hours.

Although I felt the concept for this tour was clever, I feel that the actual execution needs some tweeking. There should be more locations visited and more hands on locations in other parts of the city besides downtown. Matt

I enjoyed the activity, however some of the places shown were mentioned in other tours like the double decker bus tour, therefore many of the places were already seen on other tours. I would recommend going by the cafe lalo from You've got mail, or walking to the fountain in Central Park used in many movies. Overall, pretty good tour but I think some new places should be added.

I enjoyed the guided tour of the city and the information it provided. The tie-in to the show was interesting and stopping at the places that you've seen in the show made it more so. The only negative was that the stops were so brief there was not any time to enjoy the locations. The video tape being shown on the bus, which contained clips from sex and the city, was entertaining, however it was not edited well and the guide had problems finding the clips she wanted.

This tour is a must for Sex and the City fans ! I loved seeing all the spots where the show is taped. Our tour guide provided us with cool clips of the show while we were near various locations. We sipped Cosmos and cupcakes right where Carrie and friends would. My boyfriend, who had never even watched an episode of the show, enjoyed seeing the sites on this tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the show and provided us with many interesting facts. I loved it !!!

This activity was excellent! I cant recommend it enough, its amazing to see all the sights you see so often on your favorite TV show. This tour takes you all over manhattan and you get to see apartments, shops and more locations than you can even remember seeing on the show! The cupcake and Cosmopolitian cocktail also make this trip worth every cent!

This tour was fun and entertaining! The best part is jumping out at and exploring locations. The clips that go along with the tour helped place me in the series. And the behind the scenes information kept me captivated when we were on our way to a site. Plus our tour got a fabulous cupcake and cosmo you can't beat that.

It was painfully slow... and I am a huge "sex and the city" fan. The guide was not able to engage the guests in friendly interaction. I went on the tour as a single, thinking it would be a chance to interect with others, but not 1 person talked to me... including the guide. I left at the last stop, and took a cab back to the hotel. PS Too big of a bus for the streets. We hit 2 things en route. It was like the 'Kramer tour' episode from Seinfeld!!

We could have done without the stop at the sex paraphenilia store. We really enjoyed the cupcakes! Stopping at Carrie's townhouse was great. Our tour guide really knew a lot about NYC and Sex and the City in addition to other shows filmed in NYC. We really enjoyed the tour.

Being Sopranos fans, this was a great way to begin our New Year's Eve celebtation in New Jersey! The tour was fun, entertaining, and "educational". The guide was knowledgeable about the show and area, and provided plenty of entertainment along the way. unfortunately, the audio system on the bus was not working that day, so some of the commnets were missed by those of us in the back of the bus. We have recommended this tour to other fans!!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining and provided interesting facts about various locations beyond the topic of the tour. However it was difficult to hear at times because the intercom on the bus was malfunctioning. The highlight was visiting Satin Dolls but we also felt that the other sites were chosen thoughtfully. I would definitely recommend the tour to a Sopranos fan.

Too many sights related to Seinfeld; tour would have been much better with a smaller group and a few more stops instead of just driving by by most of the sights
