On Location Tours

The tour was very interesting and had a lot of good content on the movies and TV shows that have filmed throughout NY and that currently do still film there. It gave a good insight on looking for the passes that are displayed for movie/TV locations. The several stops that are made on the tour are good locations for both movie and TV fans. The short clips that are shown during the drive to the next area show how each of those locations were used in the filming. One little bit of advice may be to add some more newer movie clips that the younger fans will be able to relate with, like Elf and the various locations. The guide, Gary, was very good and kept the group entertained. The only downside that I had was the it says approximately 3.5 hours and I know it's approximately, but our tour was just around 3 hours. Overall I enjoyed the tour and have recommended it to friends for when they visit New York. It is a fun way to see the surrounding area and have places relate to them. My favorite was Washington Square and the rowhouse used in "I am Legend". Thanks for a fun time and extra thanks to Gary for a great experience.

My fiancé and I, with another couple, had a fantastic time. We're all from the area, but this was a great way to explore the city and learn about TV and movie sites.

Boring, waste of money, we got off soon as they took us to the sex shop

It got us to see a lot of places we would not have. A few of us do not watch the show and still thought the tour was incredible.

My teen daughter and I had a wonderful time on the tour. Our guide, Lindsay, was well-informed, friendly, and a wealth of information about NYC filming in general. Great way to see Upper East Side and other parts of the city. Highly recommend....

Having taken a gamble in booking the tour as a present for my girlfriend, being a non- Sex & The City watcher (shock horror..) I held out little hope that this would be 3 pretty forgettable hours that I would rather have spent in the pub. How wrong I was - once you get past the initial shock of being surrounded by a gang of rowdy women intent on causing mischief, the tour itself displays a side of New York that general tours just don't cover - Soho, Meatpacking District, Gansevoort St, etc - all sweet places to visit if you're tired of the usual tourist fare and want to see more of New York. I can't profess to having turned into a big fan of the show, but at least I can now breathe a sigh of relief when my girlfriend references a certain 'Mr. Big'....

It was a very informative and interesting tour - Gary, our guide, was great fun. It also gives you an opportunity to see parts of New York you might not see otherwise - definitely recommend it and a visit to the pub at the end where the coach finishes!

Our tour guide's knowledge of the series and involvement in the show itself was great. The sites and scenes we got to see were fantastic they were very recognisable from the series.

This tour was really great with many spots famous from the series. The guide was very good and gave us a lot of facts that we had not heard before. Also, the tour gave the oppurtunity of good discounts on Cosmopolitans and in some stores.

The tour was disappointing, the clips that were shown would have been better to see before the stop rather than after it to refresh the memory. The stops werent fantastic and the tour guide was not very enthusiastic about the trip. Found that as you drove past places the tour guide would say you should come back here if you have longer its great so would have been better to have more stops than 4.

First of all I do want to say that the tour guide was great. (Lindsay) She was was fun and knew a ton of satc info--really she was great. The rest of the tour was just ok. It was fun to see some of the sites however, I felt that for $45 the cosmo should have been included and perhaps a few more stops/perks--I live in Manhattan and realize that things are expensive...however, it was too much. I will not be recommending this tour based on the expense.

Especially the humor and kind of presentation of Stacey was very good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Would always recommend it!
