On Location Tours

The tour would have been better if the bus driver had known where he was going!!! Surely the use of regular drivers, who would then know the route like the back of their hand would speed things up - we missed quite a few stops on the tour because of time and were half an hour late back to the meeting point. Spent half an hour standing in the bar waiting to get a Cosmpolitan cos there was only one guy behind the bar, when he knew that a bus of 60 were due to pull up and all order the same drink!!

Did not live up to my expectations. It was a good way to see the city but was expecting more from the tour e.g. more information about Sex in the City, more spots, spent a more trying to park. Too little activites for the cost of the ticket

I thought that the whole trip was fantastic - it was all very interesting and there was a good mix of both sights seen on the bus and off the bus. I would definately recommend it to any other people visiting NY - the vids shown in accompanyment with the tour really helped and made the tour much more relevant! Good value for money as the tour covered alot of ground and lasted for just over three hours.

I liked the tour, ALTHOUGH HBO was on board filming this tour and we had to sit thru alot of things that they missed the 1st time, so we had to sit and do the same thing again while they refilmed. Because of this, the tour ran way late and we couldn't really relax because we were always with the cameras and were delayed. I made reservations late Friday, for the Sat afternoon tour, at that point you should of known about the filming and could of given me a choice. I would of rather gone earlier in the day or Sunday. If I do another tour or sell this or other tours to my clients (im a travel agent with liberty travel) I would sure check to make sure the tour is not going to be filmed. I really felt we should of been compensated for the delays.

The tour was great!!! I would highly recommend it for all the 'Sex and the City' fans out there. You get to see all the little places they used in the show and talk about it throughout the entire tour. It's really worth your money.

It was great!!! It was alot of fun and covered alot of ground. I was hoping for more places to actually walk off the bus and tour, but there were so many different places that it would 1. be difficult, and 2. be even more time consuming. I would definitally recommend this to any of my Sex and the City loving friends. The tour guide was extremely kind and funny! Enjoyed myself thoroughly.

Both my friend and I were thoroughly impressed with the tour and the tour guide. She knew her stuff right from the word go. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Very good well informed guide and bus driver. The video clips were a good idea and the venues taken to and the activities were just about right. Good idea to finish off with the Cosmopolitans! Good pace - the 3 hours flew by. We were looking for something a little different on this trip to NY and we certainly got it with this tour - thanks.

I thought it was great and I would recommend it. My only adive would be less pointing out of stuff so that we would be able to get off the bus more often.

I thought it was great. I've recommended it to people in Boston and put it as an activity that my girlfriends would like to see again with me.

I thought the idea was good but it would be even better if there was more chances to get on and off the bus or if the bus was an open top instead of a coach because being inside the bus did not allow as many photo chances as possible. All in All the tour was very good and the guide knew what they were talking about but I think the tour could be improved but I would recommend it to other people.

Since I have been on the tour I have recommended it to anyone that i know it going to New York. It was the best part of our trip. The guide was great! She was funny and whitty! Very nice lady. I couldnt have asked for anything more on the tour. All I can say was that it was FANTASTIC!

To be honest I thought it was a bit of a con, you just seem to drive by places. You get out to have a cupcake that's not even from the same bakery as the show uses (as that bakery only allows 12 cupcakes per person and you are in a group of about 30). You go to bar but have to pay for your cosmo. However they tell you that as you are on the tour you only pay 7 bucks. If you walked in off the street you pay 9 bucks ! You sit on the steps of carrie's apt but have to be quick as somebody lives there ! You drive past Jimmy Choo's but cant stop as they only let 6 people in at a time. You would be better off doing the tour at your own pace on foot - for 35 bucks each I expect more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our sex and the city tour, well worth the money, we would greatly recommend it to anyone who are as huge fans as we are. One of the amazing highlights of our vacation.

This tour was different from the usual due to the absence of a bus, It made a change to have a guided walking tour with a Guide (Erika) who was so knowledgeable about Films and New York in general that I had to keep checking that she didn't have a book hidden away which she was reciting from, It was wonderful to see those locations only previously seen in the movies up close and personal and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York, There were only 8 in our group which I felt gave it a more personal touch, I'm not sure how it would have been with a larger group, Once again all credit to our Guide who definately made the tour.
