On Location Tours

This was a good tour to get familiarized with the New York Manhattan area. The bus trip went from Time Square all the way downtown and back up to Central Park. It was very informative, especially if you are a movie and TV buff.

This was bought as a birthday present for my husband who loved the Sopranos and we started the day well when he got to meet Vito. Marc the tour guide knew his Sopranos and provided us with interesting filming ancedotes along the way. The tour was well organised and even though I had never really followed the series I found it really interesting as there was information about the filming of the programme included as well. I would recommend the tour to anyone wanting to know more about the Sopranos plus we got 10% off in the HBO shop when the tour ended outside Bryant Park!

There is nothing negative to say about this tour. From the easy on - line booking right through to the end of the tour, this was an excellent experience. A note of caution. You will need to book in advance. This tour sells out quickly...and you can understand why. It is presented very professionally and had the added touch of having Joseph Gannascoli, Vito from the Show, signing autographs (albeit for money), prior to the tour commencing. The Tour guide is an extra from the Show and is extremely knowlegeable, providing facts and little known information about the cast, crew and filming. The four hour tour goes very quickly. There is little time for comfort breaks as so much is packed in. There are a few stops and the highlights include sitting in the booth that the Soprano family sat in the very last episode as well as a visit to the 'Bada Bing'! If you loved the Sopranos, you will love this tour. It is worth every penny!

Jessica was an amazing tour guide. She knew all about satc and quoted perfectly! She's a star and made the tour unforgettable.

We had a great time on the NBC tour and movie site tour. The only exception would be that the information site said there would be no lunch stop, so we quickly ate while waiting in line, and then found out we would have a short lunch pizza stop after we were on the bus. Would have been nice to know that earlier to plan our lunch options. It would have been really great if they tried to scout an actual film shooting site (if they were filming that day) and made sure to include that on the tour if it was not too far out of the tour radius. It seems it is a hit or miss if they are filming when your bus drives by. We had a great tour!

Really enjoyed the tour, would recommend to other Sex & City fans.

This tour of NYC movit and TV sites exceeded my expectations. The price was awesome for the length of the tour and what we saw. We would have never known what our tour guide showed us the locations where movies & tv shows were filmed.The bus was comfortable and really nice & clean and nice to have a washroom on the bus. It was really great to be able to get off the bus and some of the major spots like the Ghostbusters firehall, friends building and the great lunch we had. Our tour guide was amazing!!! She made the tour that much better being so funny, easy to listen too and so informative. I would definatly go on this tour again!

We had a great time on this tour! My only reccomendation to the tour is that there were two buses so we overlapped in our destinations which was just too many people - even if it had been spaced out by 15 minutes it would've been better. I was with Jessica's tour and she was fabulous! This girl knows her SATC info!!! She was tons of fun and I am very happy we did it!

JESSICA HENSON IS EXCELLENT AS A GUIDE, LUCKY YOU HAVE HER. I wish there were at least 25-to 30 min for lunch specially when the group is so large 12 to 15 min is not enought in nyc, you turn around and 20 mins gone by then, BOOM THE BUS IS GONE AND YOU ARE LEFT BEHIND. I believed that the tour would be much better is the group is smaller 20 or 25 people max.

I decided to book the SATC on my recent trip to the big apple, after recommendation from a friend who took the tour a couple of years ago. Our tour guide was Lindsey who was a great and knowledgeable tour guide- lots of info with regards to SATC locations and cast, as well as snippets of info thrown in about Gossip Girl and The Sopranos! The tour was great value for money, especially after using a 20% off discount code found online. and lasted around 3.5 hours. We stopped at some great locations including Carrie and Mr Big's engagement party location- Buddakans, the iconic Pleasure Chest, Aidan and Steve's Bar for Cosmos ($9 each) and The Magnolia Bakery where we ate delicious pre-ordered (no need to wait in line!) cupcakes. Many different shooting locations were also pointed out during the coach ride and when there was nothing really to see clips of SATC were played on the screens so you could see the sights on screen and then see them for real! Lindsey also recommended numerous great restaurants to check out along the way. Not only was it a great SATC tour but I also enjoyed it as on a previous visit to NYC I just did all the typical areas of new york- times square etc etc, and this tour took us to places that I might not have ordinarily visited i.e. meatpacking district (home of samantha). The only (tiny) thing, is that I would have liked to visit Carries apartment but that was not in the tour. But Lindsey did explain that Carrie and Big's apartment was not in the tour as someone actually lives there, so I'm presuming this may be the case with Carries (single-girl) apartment also. You also get a SATC hotspots booklet at the end of the tour which explains where the tour took you and the coach drops you off at the HBO store which gives you a chance to grab a souvenir or two with 10% off. But definately 5 stars for me! Would love to go back and do one of the SATC Limo Tours in the future for a special occasion!

I'm a big SATC fan, and when I decided to visit NYC I thought it would be a fun idea to go on the tour. The tour was SO much fun. Our tourguide Lindsey was great, and you get to see so much of the city. It also helped my friend and I find places to eat, like Buddakan and O'Niel's. All in all a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Our guide was fun, enthusiastic and really well informed. We both had a really good time on the movie locations tour. The NBC tour was interesting as well, although we didnt see as much as we thought we might. All in all, it was a great day

Even my bored teenage son enjoyed this... my daughter, who specializes in drama in high school was totally enthralled, and I loved hearing all the inside scoop on what is going on about the City.
