On Location Tours

The tour was excellent! A very enthusiastic guide made the tour round NYC very enjoyable - I particularly liked the way that we passed a location and then viewed the corresponding clip from the series on the video at the front of the bus. We also learned some stuff we didn't know. The driver, however, a chap called Ivan with little English, was less than helpful. He made the guide's job very difficult, and her patience was really tested. She remained professional throughout, however. He was complaining because we ran 30 minutes over time (the tour is APPROXIMATELY 3 hours in length) and on the way back he refused to take the route we were supposed to take, he also whinged about us stopping at Aidan's bar for a Cosmopolitan. A one off event perhaps, but more friendly and competent bus drivers are needed!

I thought the tour was made by the excellent hostess who was perfect for the job!

I REALLY ENJOYED THE TOUR, IT TOOK ME ALL AROUND THE CITY. I WAS REALLY ABLE TO SEE THE HOT SPOTS OF THE CITY. ON THE TOUR WE WERE GIVEN CUPCAKES, THE SAME ONE THAT CARRIE ATE ON ONE OF THE SHOWS. THEY WERE THE BEST CUPCAKES I EVER HAD. OVERALL, THE TOUR WAS FILLED WITH ALOT OF GREAT INFO FROM THE SHOW. I HEARTNYC.........

The tour did not live upto our expectations, the guide that we had was very over the top and we left the tour half way through.

I booked this for my daughter and neice, both 16. They had no idea what most of the movies discussed were. They have never even seen the Cosby Show. So, all they really got out of it was the building in Friends. I would not recommend it for teenagers. They were bored, and actually, so were my sister and I who are in our 50's. I did not want to go into a Cheese store I never heard of, nor did I want to see 10 clips of the 1983 movie Ghostbusters!

I learned silly things about the show that will make watching the reruns more fun. I was a little disapointed about not being able to go to Jimmy Choo's or the bakery where the cupcake sceen was filmed. However, the Tour guide was very funny and made the trip enjoyable.

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour - the tour guide was very knowledgable and friendly. We saw the city in a different light as it takes you upper west and downtown - greenwich village. We went on the tour on a sunday which was ideal as we saw the New Yorkers enjoying there spare time walking their dogs, lunching, watching the kids play baseball - just a brilliant and relaxing time. Anyway back to the tour! - great if you're a big 'Freinds' or 'Sienfeld' fan, you'll recognise the 'Friends' apartment straight away. Plenty of photo opportunites and we even got a black and white cookie on the bus! When in the village you get the opportunity to 'star spot' - unfortunately we didn't see anyone famous walking their dog but a freind of mine did when she done the tour!

My boyfriend surprised me with this tour for my 24th birthday and overall I think it was a wonderful gift. The tour bus shows clips from the show as you past famous New York land marks. I hear that this was not part of the tour a few years ago. The tour guide was fantastic. Very knowledgable. Thank you so much!

Eight girl cousins went to NY from NJ & Phila for the day. We loved the Sex & the City Tour...we saw great sites from the show as well as things in the Big Apple that we would not have seen otherwise. I would highly recommend...Liz, our tour guide was awesome as well!

the tour was okay. it was pretty cheesy at times, but if you're a big fan of the show then you should go. it ran a little long, but you got to see some cool spots in the city.

The three of us went on a Sunday and ended up having a wonderful, memorable afternoon in New York City. The trip started out great and ended even better. Our guide, Natasha was a delight. She knew all the ins and outs of the show, and gave us some funny side comments as well. Our favorite part of the trip was when we stopped near the Magnolia Bakery and had cupcakes. It was really thoughtful of Natasha to get the cupcakes ahead of time!!!

I felt the tour was good -Only if you were someone who is not from NY. If your from the local area, you will be passing by sites of which you probably have been passing by many times! -HOWEVER, if you're not from the city, this is definitly a place for you. It will help you understand where all the hot spots are. This is a tour for those who needs a hint of what's happening now in the city. And plus, it really helps if you are such an avid fan of the show. I must say, however, if you plan on hitting a bar for part of the tour, it should have been done at the end of it. No one in NY city can have one or two clinkies and then leave immediatly afterwards just to see where Carrie has shopped, kissed, and broke up. After seeing all her dramas before your eyes, i think a good cosmo (or is it the appletini?) is in called for. Samantha and her girls would agree. And to that, cheers!

This tour was reccomended to me by a couple of friends and I am so glad that I managed to find the time to fit it into my busy New York itinerary. Our tour guide was so enthusiastic and informative. We visited over 40 SATC sites and had a fantastic cup cake and Cosmopolitan - what more can a girl want !

Amazing tour! Clips from the show were played between stops. Our tour guide was very helpful and enthusiastic. We stopped at great places. I would highly reccommend this tour. It was well worth the money!
