On Location Tours

A friend and I decided to jet away to NY for an emergency vacation. We are both Sex and the City junkies. We had the best time, I wish the tour would have made a few more stops, like actually going into the museum where Charlotte worked, or going to the shoe store where Carrie shopped. But all and all it was worth the price that was paid. I would suggest it to anyone else who is a fan of the show :)

The tour should be more of a leisurely stroll. The guide was excellent; the points were interesting and well explained.

It's a great way to tour NYC, as well as the Sex and the City hotspots. Only a few places you can actually disembark the tour bus and "interact" with the sites, but the tour guide points out lots of other sites involved in the show while driving by. My recommendation if I were to do it again: Go on a weekday!! Also, take an earlier tour. We took the 3:00PM tour on a Saturday, which ended around 6:45PM. Most of the shops (at least on 5th Ave. where we tried to shop after the tour) were CLOSED at 6PM!!

Extremely disappointed we were not able to make the trip to New York due to a death in the family. My husband and I were both looking forward to the tour. We are planning on rescheduling our trip in September and purchasing the tickets again so we can take the tour.

This was a great tour for any fan. We did this on our first day in NYC and it was a great way to not only see some famous spots from our favorite episodes, but also a good way to "scout" out various areas of the city we wanted to go back to and explore further during the rest of our trip. The guide was a lot of fun,and I had a blast!

As fans of the show, my daughter and I really enjoyed the tour. And since we just moved into the area, it gave us a nice tour of various parts of New York. The tour guide was great. Very friendly and funny. It was a lot of fun!

Overall the tour was very enjoyable. I liked the footage that the tour leader used to show and explain the landmarks. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and made the tour a lot of fun. My only comment is that it felt just a bit too long. Perhaps cutting shorter about 30 minutes or so would be better. But I completely enjoyed it, and would reco it to a friend for sure. It was also a great way to see other parts of the City that I hadn't seen before (i.e., different sections of the village). Thanks!

Hello, My Sex and the City Tour was very informative. I learned a lot about how the show was filmed and the various locations the show was filmed at. I love the short scenes that were played over the video. Most of all it was a joy to be around so many people who loved Sex and the City like myself. If I could do it again, I would do it Absolutely.

I thoroughly enjoyed touring NYC & all the Sex and the City Hotspots. I am now at home & I want to go back! I can't wait for the movie coming out in the Spring. Maybe there can be a tour of the movie hotspots! Possible actors on the shows or extras could be part of the upcoming tours. (Just a thought! :) )

It was so nice to have the shows clips to help you remember the spots we were seeing!!!

Should be about 30 minutes shorter, but having a little break is good. When possible give a little more history about the city itself.

Falling asleep on the tour, what does that tell you!

I thought the tour was extremely enjoyable. I loved being able to visit the actual "sights" of the Sopranos. I recommend this tour to Sopranos lovers.

Although the tour was great, and as good as anticipated, a couple of improvements are needed. 1. The tour should start ON TIME. We waited almost 30 minutes after the start time for the bus to show up, and that was in addition to the tour's request to be 15 minutes early. 2. The navigator should be there, or notify the tour guide that the navigator will NOT be there. We wasted about 20 minutes going to a location to pick up a navigator who never showed up, nor did he notify anyone of his absence. 3. Tour should be shorter. A smaller bus would be easier to mauever, and would shorten the tour considerably - it could all be done in about 2 hours instead of 4.5. It was very tiring. The tour guide was knowledgeable, fun, ADORABLE, good looking, and very friendly. I really enjoyed seeing the locations, hearing the 411 on the cast members, and eating cannolis. The Bada Bing was kind of a bust, but whatever.
