On Location Tours

The bus tour was pretty cool, although some of the attractions were missed if you blinked too fast when the bus didn't stop to check it out specifically. I also had an aisle seat which made it harder for me to get great photos (my passion!). That said, the tour guide was very enthusiastic and entertaining, I got to win little prizes for trivia and we got to get out and see the Ghostbusters firestation and the Friends apartment block which I really appreciated. I also didn't realise until late that the NBC tour was separate to organise (although included in the price) and I had to make my own way from where the bus tour dropped me off to 30 Rockerfeller Plaza which was a little overwhelming for me being by myself and from a very small town. Regardless, I got a LOT of great pictures on that walk and it wasn't that hard to find. The NBC tour was the highlight for me, being a huge SNL and 30 Rock fan. I got to sit in the studios of my favourite shows and I absolutely loved the history lessons we got from our NBC tour guides. I was fascinated with this aspect of American history! I only had 24 hours in NYC before I flew out again and this tour was great to keep me on a scheduled tour to all the places I really, really wanted to see.

The tour takes you to a lot of important scenes and let you get involved in it! It is a fun tour even if you are not an SATC fan.

Tour was recommended by a friend and i wasnot disappointed! Fabulous insight into spots used for the series and movies, also a good way to see different areas of NY Loved the reminder clips shown throughtout the journey, and the cupcakes and cosmos were an added bonus!! Highly Recomended

Took both tours on our first day. New York Tv/Movie Sites tour, definitely recommend. We had Rosanne, very knowledgeable and energetic tour guide. We saw clips of the movies/TV to give context to the site. Stopped at a few to take pictures. Got a good drive of NYC. I've seen better studio tours in California but my daughters did enjoy NBC tour and seeing the Jimmy Fallon and SNL sets. Overall, we had a good time and got good value with the combination.

The SATC tour is a great way to see some of the spots the show was filmed and check out different parts of the city.

Our guide, Jessica, was fabulous! She made it very entertaining for us. She was very informative and funny.

Worth the ride for the trip to the Ghostbusters firestation.

Jessica was fabulous as our SATC tour host. She was very well spoken, extremely knowledgeable, so much fun, witty and very deserving of a 5 star review!! She got through so much information in a short amount of time, and was genuinely interested in making every person on that bus' day fabulous..So glad we did this tour - would recommend it to all!!

The New York Movie/TV sites tour was good - but you certainly have a to be a fan of certain movies to get the most of this one. It seemed to be focused on a few movies/TV shows that we saw multiple sites of(i.e. Ghostbusters, Spiderman, Law & Order). If you've never seen them, then it may not be worth your time. As for the NBC experience - it was great - definitely worth your time. From start to finish, it was a great experience.

There were three of us on this trip, my best girlfriend, my teenage granddaughter (a STC 'junkie) and I. We represent three different generations and we absolutely loved the tour. It was one of the highlights of the trip and set the tone of the whole vacation. Jessica, our tour guide, was fabulous and adorable (give her five stars). She was vivacious, very personable and very knowledgeable about STC and also NYC, and delivered it with great flair and panache. ......loved her details and stories. We'd planned on doing a Greyline tour because it was my granddaughter's first trip to NYC, but this tour was a great way to see the city, so we bagged the bus tour and shopped instead! The cupcakes were a great treat as was the Cosmopolitan stop. They even made a 'virgin' one for my granddaughter so if you don't drink don't feel like you have to be left out! All in all, it was an extremely delightful and fun experience and we will highly recommend it all our friends/family coming to NYC if they love STC. One suggestion, provide handiwipes for the cupcakes before they are served so we can clean our hands and after as they are delicious but messy and sticky.

It's my second time on the tour and the first time for my sis. It was fun to see some new locations, sites, and listen to facts unknown to fans. At the same time, you get a tour of New York hotspots to note down and try. It's well worth it to try once if you're a fan! :)

Fun tour guides--Lou was exciting & funny :) Great stops--chance to shop, eat, & stretch. Clips played made me want to watch the entire show all over again.

I was on Lou's tour and she was a great guide. I love the trivia and clips in between the sites. Would definitely reccomend!!!!
