On Location Tours

The TV and Movie Location Tour was a lot of fun and informative. It was surprising to find out that I'd actually passed by or even stood in front of, many of the locations we visited, without knowing that they were locations for films and TV shows!!! Our guide was extremely knowledgable about the locations and even added a few "personal" pieces of information that were fascinating! I'd never taken a tour, thinking that I didn't want to do the "touristy" thing, but it was really worth taking! The tourists know more than the locals, because they actualy take these tours. Just because the locals are around these locations all the time, doen't mean we know anything about them! I went with some friends from out-of-town, thinking I was doing this just for them, but I think I enjoyed as much or even more than they did!!

The tour guide was very good and provided a lot of information. She was very thorough. The sites were very well chosen. I liked that we were able to get off the bus and tour some of the locations. I had a great time and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City. It is well worth the money.

The tour was a recap of what went on behind the scenes and little tid-bits of information about New York City. It helped having the video clips of the show, but to get extra cupcakes, know your Sex and the City trivia! This tour is recommended at the start of a vacation because it showed us places we want to visit (neighborhoods, shops, restaurants, etc.).

We had so much fun and so many laughs! The stops felt a little rushed at times but with so much to see it was understandable. The tour guide was funny and reminded us of the girls on the show.

A great tour where you get to see many sites around town and hear lots of information. Clips are shown to remind you in case you haven't seen that episode lately. Sit back and enjoy!!

The sex and the city tour was very enjoyable. It took you around on a 3 hour tour of the city and showed you various places that were filmedTnere were four stops where you could get off of the bus and take pictures. It was a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who watched the show. The only problem I had with the tour was that the VCR messed up the tape that was supposed to have been shown to us. The tape had clips of the show to follow along with the places we were driving by, so I felt like I kind of missed out because of that. Other than that, it was excellent! Our tour guide Lisa was fabulous!

the guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgable... she appeared to just as big a fan as every one of us on the tour.... love it! was such a good afternoon... and all the info we were given towards the end enable use to go for our own wander the next day to some of the sites again and the surrounding areas.... have been plugging the tour to everyone i meet. :)

I thought this tour was great! My cousin and I know all the episodes by heart so it was really cool to actually see the location of where they shot some of the shows. We really enjoyed the opportunity to venture into the store where Charlotte bought her "rabbit", were thrilled we got to take a picture on Carrie's stoop, the cupcakes were amazing and the Cosmos were the iciing on the cake! Our tour guide did a great job in telling us stuff we didn't already know and that was pretty cool. Overall, we would recommend this tour to anyone who is fans of the show!!!!

I was a little nervous about going on this tour alone, but I met a bunch of great women who were also sans husbands, boyfriends, etc. We had a blast and the tour guide was terrific! Clips are shown on the bus of all the places toured which is a great bonus. P.S. - the cupcakes are to die for!

I was a little worried that this tour would be cheesy but it was ace. Really informative not only about the show but also a great way to get to know the city. I was travelling on my own as were alot of the participants so it was really easy to make friends- and ofcourse we all had that common bond- SATC. If I came back to this fantastic city I would definately do this tour again!

Enjoyed this tour thoroughly. The tour guide was funny, informative and very animated. Being a Long Islander, there were sites in the city that I have never seen before. Almost felt like a tourist myself! I took my 13 year old niece from North Carolina and she had the best time. I would recommend this tour to people of all ages.

I thought this tour was a lot of fun. The Tour guide was a lot of fun...very kinky, sex in the city samantha fun. My boyfriend was one of four guys on the tour and even he said it was a fun way to see the city.... I personally think he liked the fact that our first stop was a porn shop, but he had fun. Thanks

I highly enjoyed the tour. The guide (liz) was enthusiastic and knew alot of info about the show and she was willing to take pictures for people! I would have liked more time at the places that we stopped in order to have more time to shop! I was happy to receive the brochure that gives the locations of the places we saw and stopped, so that I can go back at my leisure!!

I' am from Italy, My husband and I have gone to NY this summer, and we have done the tour....fantastic!

It was a very fun and entertaining day. It was great way to see the actual "hot spots" they used on the show. It was also a fun and safe way to see the city. :)
