On Location Tours

Mark, the Tour Guide, was extremely knowledgeable of the timeline of Soprano history and events. Mark actually worked as an extra on the Sopranos show. The Bada Bing girls could have been more exciting. The actual Satin Dolls (aka Bada Bing) strip club is not even topless. Womp Womp! It's like going to a strip club and watching women walk around in bathing suits. Much different from the actual show, where the girls @ the Bada Bing are very inticing! Bring cash because the ATM at the Satin Dolls charges $10.00 ATM fee for cash withdrawals. Sopranos souveniers are available for purchase during the tour.

Truly enjoyed the tour, tour guide brought us to most the famous movie locations in the park and also gave a little history of the park which was very interesting and appreciated.

Our tour guide Stacey was great. She mixed the fun details of the show with real life places and events going on in New York City. We got to take pictures and see filming locations and just had a great time. Stacey was enthusiastic and gave us the inside scoop on Gossip Girl, celebrity life, and the expensive homes and stores all on the upper east side.

Ich war einer der wenigen Männer auf der deutschen Tour. Ich hatte meiner Frau versprochen mitzukommen ;). Die Kombination aus Bustour, Videoclips, Tourguide und kleinen Ausflügen war gut ausgewogen. Es war einfach eine "andere" Stadtrundfahrt, bei der man einmal ein paar andere Ecken von New York gesehen hat, die man bei den klassischen Touristentouren so nicht sehen würde. Es gab auch einige Insidertips, die uns veranlasst haben ein Viertel später noch einmal zu besuchen. Am schönsten fanden wir den Stop im Village und den Spaziergang an der Bleeker Street mit Cupcake. Ausserdem war der Tourguide (Amerikanerin, die in Deutschland gelebt hatte) sehr witzig und nett. Insgesamt echt zu empfehlen.

My sister and I took the tour together this past weekend and thought it was a ton of fun. Our tour guide, Lou, was full of SATC knowledge and kept the day flowing - it was hard to believe we were at the end when we finished. We saw lots of great sights - including Anthony walking down the street!

The film location tour was interesting and fun. A lot of content was crammed into those two to three hours though, so at times it felt a little rushed. Especially when we went outside, which was very good moments that I wish the tour had had more of. But also during the bus rides in between, it was a little stressful to try and not miss any of the clips on tv and at the same time have my camera ready to shoot whatever we passed on the way. The tour guide (Rosanne) was charming and impressed me with her knowledge, especially as she's grown up in NYC, that was great. I personally wasn't keen on the singing but the other tourists seemed to like it. Loved that we got a black and white cookie. I recommend the tour, and I think I'd take it again at some point in the future if there was a little less bus/tv and a little more time to spend outside at actual locations.

We booked this tour at last minute 2 days before arriving in NY and we are soooo glad we did. It was fabulous! Our tour guide Stephanie was funny and made the tour interesting. She was very knowledgeable about STC. I would highly recommend this tour!

i would like to have heard more trivia and behind the scenes secrets. the tour book was either outdated or spots were skipped for our tour because we did not visit all of the listed spots.

Really fun tour with cool locations and stops! A great view of NY! Our guide, Stephanie, was awesome! Two thumbs up!

This was my second time doing this tour. It was great even the second time around. We loved seeing the places where filming occurred and can't wait to see the new movie. We plan on making it an annual event to do the tour.

Love the show but sometimes you get a bad episode, you know you are going to watch next week but this week was ok. To much of this scene shot here and that scene shot there. More depth, what the show did for NY. Revenues or something more.

Great tour Garry was a lovely host. Fanstastic to see the sights of NY it was a great length of time and we enjoyed seeing all the things we have seen in TV and movies over the years. Many thanks we will tell our friends in Australia!

We enjoyed the tour immensely! The TV shorts helped set up the locations. Lou, our director, was entertaining, friendly, and knew her information. Besides getting a real feel for the sitcom........we also had a wonderful tour of NYC!
