| It was our first visit to New York. It really help us to identify some key points from the city. I recommend it to first time visitors to take tour the first days of visit. Just need to mention and show some of the most recent movies ... it had a lot of oldies. | ||||||

| Got to see many of the places I wanted to see with the bus tour, but would have loved to have been able to stop and get out of the bus at a few more sites (like the Ghostbusters firehouse). Did not have much desire for flavored rice pudding, so would have preferred that time was spent doing something else. Kymberly did a more than solid job for us, keeping her cool when many things went wrong during the day (bad traffic, DVD problems). An open air bus would be better during warm days. As for the NBC studio tour, it felt like a ripoff (saw only one studio, wasted time looking at photos in hallways). A bundled package with some other tour might be more appropriate for you. | ||||||

| Good pace. Nice information. Only bad part was limited sightings. In intersections other buses would block our view. Or Sight to see was on other side of bus out of view. | ||||||

| My first experience with Zerve came with Customer Service. I had made an error during the online reservation process and the woman that answered my call was more than eager to help me. I was very impressed with her kindness and efficiency. The tour itself was great. I would strongly recommend to those visiting NYC. Our guide was wonderful, funny and very knowledgeable. I think the most comforting part was her personality and willingness to take pictures for everyone. Being part of a two person group, this was greatly appreciated. She was certainly the value add piece to the tour. Overall, the experience was outstanding! | ||||||

| My teenage daughter and I did the tour together and found it to be a fun, enjoyable and informative experience. Lisa, our guide, was really great. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and great fun. | ||||||

| Our tour guide Gary was great, I love all the stops we made (Cosby Show door steps, Friends' Building & Rice to Riches etc) although was a little disappointed that we didn't get a chance to visit the Soup Nazis. Anyways the tour was good and it was packed with information. Just a note for ladies who loves Sex and The City I would recommend SATC tour over the TV & Movie tour. Thanks Gary | ||||||

| The tour is a great way to discover Manhattan. Our sexpert tour Guide, Lisa, was fabulous and totally Sex & the City-ish. The reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because most of the tour was spent on the bus. I wish we'd gotten out a bit more... but hey, there's only 3.5 hours to see everything so I understand. | ||||||

| Without the enthusiatic tour guide, Lisa that we had, I feel that I might have gotten bored. I am not an actual fan of the show and I really took my daughter on the tour for her b-day. So I wasn't very familiar with the places we viewed from the bus or the places we stopped at. For me, the tour guide made me very aware of what we were going to see and explained everything very clearly. What I was unhappy about, was the departure of the tour was different than the start point. We parked at the start point and then had to walk 15 blocks to get to our car. I think this should be noted for all. I was also disappointed that we didn't actually stop at Jimmy Choo's. I am a shoe 'nut' and would have enjoyed that tremendously!! All in all it was a great time. | ||||||

| My family had a terrific time on the tour. My kids are 18 and 12 years old - and both enjoyed the tour very much. I'm a HUGE movie buff - so this was an ideal tour for me. Gary was our tour guide and he was very knowledgable and lots of fun. | ||||||

| We absolutely loved the bus tour. Gary was awesome!!!! The time flew by quickly and we were sorry when it was finished. Gary was very knowledgeable about everything we were seeing. We would highly recommend this portion of this activity. As far as the studio tour, it was disappointing. We saw nothing but an empty SNL set. We thought we would be seeing more studios and interworkings of NBC. We would not recommend this portion of this activity. Sandy from Michigan! | ||||||

| The bus tour had pluses and minuses.. On the plus side, the bus provided a means to see all the sites very quickly. The information provided by the tour guide was interesting and very easily understood. The bus venue provide a more distant feel to the tour and much of the tour progressed quicly. It might have been nice to add in more waling and meandering, to get a better feel of the location. | ||||||
