I'd definitely recommend it.... the whole tour was fantastic and our guide was great. There was just enough stopping and watching the TV clips and information. AFter the O'Neal's bar though, I would tell everyone the tour is pretty much over and that they can leave through there if they would like - at that point, that was long enough for me, and since I live here, it would have been easier for me to get home from downtown rather than midtown, but I didn't want to miss anything on the tour. If I knew there wasn't much left, I would have been able to get on the train downtown. Stopping at the adult shop as the first stop was a great way to get everyone into the tour right away and get them feeling very "Sex and the City-ish"

My girlfriends and I are from Los Angeles California. We have been to New York a few times but never experienced it like this. We are all loyal fans of Sex and the City. Sometimes when we want to be couch potatoes at home we watches the DVDs. Anyway, the entire day was devoted to the show. We did everything as the ladies would do it. We even had dinner at TAO that night. Thank you for such a fulfilling and fun tour. Our guide Lisa was awesome! I wish all tours were so reguvenating.

The tour was so much fun. You really get to see alot of New York you may not see otherwise. The tour directors are great and really helpful. I really recommend if you have 3 hours with nothing going on...take the tour!

Jennifer was our guide and she was enthusiastic and very informative. We covered many locations and heard both older and up to date movies and TV shows. I was surprised that we did not go anywhere in Central Park as a stop. But other than that we were very entertained. The cookie giveaway is a plus. Jennifer did a very good job of descriptions and answering questions. I have recommended this tour to others and would take some of the other tours you have when I return to the city. My niece and nephew who are teenagers were extremely impressed with the tour. This was what they expressed they enjoyed the most that we did during our trip.

First of all, the tour guide was awesome. Lou Matthews had a wonderful, fun personality. I liked the clips that were shown on the bus after we visited the various locations. The muffin picnic was fun and getting pictures in front of Carrie's apartment was cool! The fun facts we learned about the show and about the behind-the-scenes info were really interesting. It was great! I would almost go again!! -Rachel

The tour guide was not what I expected. She was nice, but I just think that the tour could have been better with a different guide. Seeing parts of the city was AMAZING! I totally loved the cupcakes and martini's. I would go on another tour again.

My friend and I are die hard sex and the city fans. It was so great to see all the different locations that they filmed at. Cupcakes were great! Our favorite part of the tour was sitting on Carrie's stoop! Stephanie was a very energtic tour guide, she knew alot about the show and some background tidbits about the cast. We would definately go again. An absolute must!

Although I headed into the tour with a lot of enthusiasm, I started feeling "turned off" after about the first 45 minutes. Our tour guide resorted to a lot of crass comments that were just nothing short of bad taste. The reason we all LOVE Sex and the City is because it is a SOPHISTICATED, intelligent approach to being single and open about sex in a modern day world. To lean on gross commentary and overuse of the "f" word does not make the tour funny or trendy.....it just makes it low class. This is definitely NOT the image that the show worked so hard to create. With all the aspiring actors/actresses in New York, I can't imagine that you could not find someone better suited to give a tour that is more in keeping with the true feel of the series. The locations visited, video clips, information and other specifics were fine, it was just the delivery, which bordered on offensive, that was bothersome. Overall a C-.

The tour was fun, informational, and I felt like I was actually in the show. The tour guide was sweet and knew so much about the show (behind the scenes and onscreen), and the sites were great. They also showed clips of the show that featured the sites on the tour. My only complaint is that the clips were shown way after we passed the actual venues. It would have been cooler to see the clips, and then see the sites, but that's a really minor negative. All in all, I'd go again if I could!

We took this tour in July '06. We really enjoyed it, and it seemed to take less time than the over three hours that we were actually on the tour. Overall, the tour was entertaining and informative. My wife and I had walked most of the city in the previous days, but the tour pointed out locatons we had missed, including the "Friends" building which we had walked by but not recognized, because we weren't looking for it. The one drawback is that many of the locations were from random (sometimes independent) movies which no one on the bus had ever seen, or from very old, lesser known movies. There have been so many movies and TV shows filmed in Manhattan that I would have expected many more recent and/or better known films. However, taken as a whole I would recommend the tour simply because you can't see everything walking that you can on the tour. And the tour guide is quite entertaining.
