Wonderful Sopranos Sites

We are big Soprano fans so we throughly enjoyed our tour. Our tour guide was great and well informed. We learned lots of trivia about the show and would definitely recommend this tour.

I had been wanting to go to this tour for some time. One of my co-workers, also a big Sex & the City fan, had taken the tour last year and could not stop talking about it. So, I decided that on my next business trip I would stay behind 1 day just to go on it. I am thrilled that I did it. I felt thrown back in time to the days of the show which were so truly delightful for me. Lisa, our tour guide, has a terrific personality and she made the experience fun and memorable. I think every Sex & the City fan should take the tour and travel back in time to the fun & the outrageous experiences we all enjoyed with the show.
Knowledgable tour guide New York TV and Movie Sites

Rosanne was our tour guide. Her knowledge of all tour related issues was excellent. She was enthusiastic and made it all the more fun. We went to places we would never find on our own. Rice to Riches was a nice surprise. After being on the tour, you find that you want to rent all the movies (even ones you've already seen) that were locations on the tour. All in all I highly recommend the tour. I look forward to taking the Sex in the City tour next.

The Sopranos Tour is an enjoyable afternoon and is very much enhanced by the Tour guide, Marc Baron, who has appeared as an extra/stand in on the Sopranos. He keeps the pace of the tour ticking along nicely by filling in with interesting facts/trivia about the show whilst, also, throwing out questions with spot prizes. We also got to meet Joe Gannascoli (Vito) who was selling pictures, T shirts and his new novel by where the tour started. I read another reviewer who thought this was a bit tacky but this is showbiz business and what you have to expect. Besides, Joe was very friendly and happily posed smiling for photographs (even when I walked off accidently without paying him!!) Along the tour you get to see the familiar landmarks made famous by the opening credits and other places of note used in the show. You also get to stop and enjoy a Cannelloni courtesy of the tour which I thought was a nice touch. After the sights you are taken to the Bing (or Sating Dolls as it is really known) and get to visit inside for around 20 mins. Whilst it is not the Tours fault you are not allowed to photograph inside the Bing which, I presume, is to protect the privacy of the clientele. This is the only thing about the tour I would try to alter as the Bing is such an icon of the show that the rather drab exterior shots don't really do this section justice. Just a thought, anyway. (A strange fact of the Bing is that the dancers don't go topless? Apparently in NJ its not possible if you have a liqueur licence to have nude dancers - it's one or the other - so the girls don't cover up for the tour as was suggested in a previous review) All in all this is a recommended tour for fans of the show and should not be missed if you happen to be in the area.

The tour was great, entertaining while on the bus with the tv/movie clips plus lots of trivia and questions. Tour guide Kymberly was friendly and kept things lively. A nice surprise were the cookies, I've not been on a trip where you get to really enjoy the whole ambiance of the city and sites. And the hand out of the spots we visited was great, gives everyone the opportunity to visit again on their own if they want. An excellent way to spend 3+ hours, great price and would definitely recommend.

the tour was nice, especially if you are a fan of the show (which I am). The people on the bus was very quiet. Many of the people stayed behind at different stops. I thought it was going to be more lively and that people on the tour were going to connect and make more conversation with one another. The sites pointed out through out the tour were interesting.

This is a fact filled and very informative tour. We were lucky to get to meet one of the cast members when we arrived at the pick up spot, which was a buzzz! The host is very warm and friendly with a great sense of fun. Only critism is we could have used an extra pit stop...maybe at the diner where Christopha got shot...!! Four and a half hours was a long time to wait for a quick drink at The Bada Bing....but worth it!!

After planning my trip to New York in February 2007, I knew instantly which tours I wanted to go on, Sex and The City was the top choice. Our tour guide Trish was FAB, full of life, funny and extremely informative and was willing to answer any questions that arose whilst the tour was in full swing! There were a number of stops on route, The Pleasure Chest shop in order to buy sex toys, memorabilia etc, Bleecker Park, sites of some scenes from the show, Carrie's apartment front steps - Trish was very kind to take pictures for everyone on their cameras, cup cakes were provided on the coach from the famous shop near Carrie's apartment, very nice! We stopped at O'Neals for a cocktail, but overall this was a great way to spend 3 1/2 hours in a warm coach. Trish did us proud, a budding Singer, I'll be watching out for her first single out in April time this year!

The tour leader, Emily, was super. Very informative and so knowledgeable on movies and TV programs. It was a very enjoyable afternoon. The bus driver was courteous and friendly. Bus was very comfortable.

I went with my husband and 12 and 15 year olds. we all enjoyed it very much. It introduced us to new areas of NYC that we were less familiar with and have not stayed in. It allows you to cover alot of ground that you couldn't by foot. Our guide was really good!!!! All went smoothly and effortlessly. I have no hesitation reccomending the tour!

It's hard to find something fun to do in NYC for a 16-yr-old teenage boy and his mom. This tour was perfect. The actors and shows he knew, I didn't know and visa versa so we both had fun. Brian's treats (the Seinfeld cookie and stopping at Rice to Riches) made the trip even more fun. I definitely felt I got my money's worth. I was especially pleased to see my son having a good time and laughing at all Brian's lame but funny and much appreciated jokes. Loved all his personal anecdotes, too! You should give him a huge raise/bonus!
