Fun afternoon Sex and the City Hotspots

This is an amusing way to spend an afternoon, meet some people and see some of the places you've seen in your favorite tv show. Even if you are not a fan of the show (which several of the men admitted to) it's still a nice way to see lower Manhattan (where most of the tour takes place). It might be a fun way for a first time or veteran visitor to combine a sight-seeing tour (which I have never gone on) with a theme which I enjoy. I was happy to get off my feet for 3 hrs and see Greenwich Village and the Meat Packing district which I had not spent much time in before. Patti, our hostess was enthusiastic and made it a lot of fun. The group was mostly 30+ something females...with about 5 couples...and 3 individuals.

I'm from the Philippines and an avid fan of Sex and the city so when i heard that you there was a tour, a quickly booked it! I was worried that I won't have a good time because I was alone but to my surprise I met friendly people and I had a blast!!! The tour guide was funny, the cupcake was yummy, the tour was an unforgettable experience :) I would definetly take this tour again if I go visit New York.

The whole tour was excellent from start to finish. It has a really good mix of actvitiy both on and off the coach. The best part was the fab cup cakes which I could easily get very addicted to...If only I lived in New York. Anyway I highly recommend this tour for any avid sex and the city fans and if you're not it is still a great tour of a wonderful City.

The content of the tour as well as the guide's comments and humour made these 3 hours go by very quickly. My only regret: having waited on the last day in NY to take the tour. I would have liked to know this before and possibly revisit some places on my own. Martin

i have recoommended this already to several people. they were really interested in making this a part their new york visit. the price is resaonable. and you get to see a lot of the city..the tour guide was knowledgeble and seemed to really be a fan..

I found it to be very entertaining. I would have liked to have been able to buy something from the bakery where we got the canole's. I'm sure they would have appreciated the business. Otherwise, I recommend it to true Soprano's fans.

The tour guide was great. I learned a lot about the series and the actors. I was think ing while on the tour that if we could see a short video of each scene we visited prior to being there it would be more meaningful. We did see video after the tour was over and the guide explained why it came at the end. I still think some of the scenes could have been shown proior to visiting. Overall, I really liked the tour and would recommend it to any Soprano's fan.

it was very nice to see so much of the city, of some locations we alredy knew from the tv. I personaly did not like too much the stress on sex but loved whenever the city was more of the focus. great idea to see the scenes on the bus. Our tourguide was very friedly and considerate. thank you very much for a great aftrnoon!

Touring Central Park was better than great, and it was much more beautiful than I had imagined. The factual TV and movie location information was very interesting. Our tour guide was wonderful and respectful of participants' desire to spend time to really take in the sites. The landmarks seen during this tour are perfect backdrops for shooting great New York City photos. Overall, a great experience and one that I will never forget. I will definitely register for another one of the On Location tours the next that I decide to visit NYC.

The guide was great fun and provided great anecdotals and bios of the cast and really warmed up the group. Loved the dvd clips during the tour. Only complaints (minor) are that we didnt have enough time on the stops, especially in The Pleasure Chest. The bar staff in Aiden and Steve's bar weren't very friendly, perhaps I noticed this more because I was the only one on my own and found it a little difficult to strike up conversation as everyone else had a buddy with them. Thoroughly recommended, though, especially eating cupcakes outside the bakery and seeing how pretty and quirky Grenwich is. It'd be nice if we could have had an incentive from the many restaurants pointed out on the tour to eat lunch or have dinner there or if the tour could include lunch also as loads of people would be willing to pay the extra, given the great value of the tour, especially given the current £/$ exchange rate!!!

Patty was a great tour guide - enthusiastic, fun, knowlegable, great! Tour was fun, extensive, full of fun trivia. Loved the clips and the cupcakes. Everything was great - I have recommended to many people. And the bus driver was great - driving in that city is insane, but he drove with great care.
