An interesting and fun way to tour New York!

| Looking for tours of New York on a quick day trip to the city I came across New York TV and Movie Sites.... um interesting! A 3 1/2 hour tour was perfect and there were actually a few different ones to look at. I called Zerve and spoke to a nice man who explained everything to me and took the time to answer my questions. And I will call them again for a tour!! The tour was wonderful! It had alot to do with our tour guide entertainer JESSE! He was approachable, very informative and enthusiastic. Everyone enjoyed listening and joking with JESSE!! He showed us where movies and tv shows were filmed in New York and then we would watch a short clip of that movie to check it out! We got off the bus a few times to take pictures of ourselves 'on the set' like we were movie stars! and we even stopped for a quick lunch at a pizzaria that was used in a show! We had a fun time ..... Thank You to JESSE and the nice people at Zerve :) | ||||||

| Besides Satc spots, you can have a clear view of many areas of New York and come back for dinner or visiting if you like. Very well organised and timed. | ||||||

| The tour guide was friendly and well prepared however I couldn't tell what she was pointing at the entire tour, so I think I missed most of the hotspots! If she had moved down the bus a bit I would have been able to see her from the back. Also, she never advised where toilets were at any stop - this would have been helpful. I think this would be better without so many sex jokes or at least should be marketed as having such a corny, sex joke emphasis. Good things - I liked seeing New York from the bus. I liked the snippets of sex n the city througout the tour. Cupcake was good. | ||||||

| I really enjoyed the tour and the fact that you got to see parts of New York not highlighted in guide books. The guide had a great sense of humour (Samantha style!) which got you into the sex and the city mood and she was very informative about both the show and NYC. You also got to do lots of shopping and got great discounts with the tour. Particularly enjoyed the yummy cup cakes included and was amazing seeing where they shot many of the scenes for both the series and the film! It is a great tour which gives you a taste of the real NYC in all respects and makes you want to see the city all over again! 10 out of 10 :) | ||||||

| We found the tour quite entertaining. The stops were relevant to the programme and highlighted some interesting parts of New York which we revisited on our own. The tour guide's repertoire was a little bit cringy at times, if you are with a male companion, but the guide was trying to reflect the attitude of the women in the tv programme. The cup cake was delicious and the cocktail was good. It was a different vent on a bus tour and I think would be most suitable for people between the ages of 18-40 years old. | ||||||

| Our tour guide (Amy) is a stand-up comedian, and she had us laughing and cheering for the entire tour! After driving past each SATC TV or movie location, and after getting off the bus to explore some of the locations, we were able to instantly see the actual clips from the show. Some of our stops included the Pleasure Chest (where Charolette bought "the Rabbit"), Magnolia Bakery, and "Scout" (Steve and Aiden's bar). This tour was 3.5 hours packed with entertainment! I would recommend the "Sex and the City" tour to any super-fan!!! | ||||||

| I was super excited about this tour but was let down BIG TIME. All you do is 'pass by' all but 4 of the locations!! Plus, if you are sitting on the left hand side of the bus, you really miss out on seeing many of the main sights and the bus doesn't stop - blurry pics ahoy! So much of the content was from the film, which is fine, but this tour is clearly padded out with this. What about having more references to the actual show? Plus there's only mention of Samantha's house location and even then, you only get a glimpse of it from 100 metres away! If you take away the bells and whistles of the air conditioned coach and TV screens showing short excerpts of the film or show, you really don't have anything more than a 3 hour bus ride around the city which stops at a couple of random places for a snack and a peruse. Save your cash and walk around the city with the Sex and the City book ($20 from book stores) which has all the group leader's material in it as well maps of specific locations! This tour is definitely not worth $40! You wont get to take in anything because 99% of the tour is a drive-by! | ||||||

| This is the 2nd NY movie and TV tour we've been on and we learned new things on both tours. Crowd participation is welcomed enthusiastically. Host was warm, funny and entertaining. If you're a movie and/or TV buff, take this tour - you will learn some interesting facts about movies and shows that you may not know. | ||||||

| We didnīt knew the place where the bus was leaving this time (the avenue where typically leaving was closed because of the parade), but luckily the guide was waiting in front of the Plaza hotel and told about this new place. There was plenty of people and another bus was needed, so we had to wait it and the tour left later then 3PM but however came back normally time-> the tour did not spend 3 hours as it shoud have and it seemed to be busy and hurry every time the bus stopped..."Only five minutes...gome back quikly...and so on..." Enjoyable tour anyway and the quide knew everything about the sex and the city things... | ||||||

| I had been on the Sopranos tour the day before, which was my fella's choice, this was my choice and i was hoping the SATC tour would be as good, if not better than the Sopranos tour. But the tour guide didnt really interact with us, she told us loads and showed us some of the sites, but not many, and most of them were from the film, which was fine, but what about before the film? if i had come on the tour before the film what would you of showed me? bleecker street? um...i was and am very dissapointed, i would of liked some of the same fun and games we had on the sopranos tour... Stephanie did a good job, but Marc did a better one! *****to Marc! ***to Stephanie...sorry! Oh well it was an experience...but for $40 i could of saved and walked round the streets with a guide book and got the same experience... | ||||||

| The tour was run well by our guide, Stephanie. We went on our first day in NYC and it was a good way to map out parts of the city we wanted to visit later. Unfortunately, the tour does not stop by Carrie's stoop like I think it used to...the owner's of "her" house must have put a stop to it. But...it's easy to find on your own if you google "carrie bradshaw's address". The 3+ hours went by fast, I could have been on this tour all day!! | ||||||
