| Our tour guide was Roseanne. She was very informative and entertaining. She was very knowledgeable and very willing to answer all questions. We learned very much about the TV and movie locations. The air conditioned bus was very comfortable and helped make the tour more enjoyable. | ||||||

| I liked the tour and the tour guide. Unfortunately, the air conditioning on the bus was not working and it had to be in the high 90's that day. It was difficult to concentrate on the content of the tour with that unbearable heat! The confirmation that we received from Zerve stated clearly that the vehicle would be air conditioned, it's too bad that it wasn't true. | ||||||

Felt Like Gilligan...3 hour tour?

| Our day started with the guide singing the Gilligan's Island theme. We arrived early and others later but when we got on the bus it was a free for all with everyone dashing across the street to be the first on the bus. Not orderly like other bus tours we were on with Grayline. Then the temperature on the bus was warm--HOT. Air conditioner was broken. Microphone on the bus cut out very often. We had to stop because bus was over heating so we went on a walking tour.. Then the tour took on a Jamacia bus ride feel when we stopped at a rice pudding store that was in some movie and were a captive consumer of Rice Pudding. At least in Jamacia they sell you beer. Finally back on the bus, nearly everyone was ready to get back but not before one more walking tour. This was taken about 3 and a half hours into our 3 hour tour. Granted traffic was bad, but wasn't that taken into consideration. I'm sure traffic is always that bad at our time of day. And the time wouldn't have been bad had the temperature on the bus been cooler. By the time we arrived back in the Time Square area people were jumping off the bus whenever the bus would stop in traffic. My wife and daughter and I also did the same because we had a dinner date at 8 and it was already 7 and we needed to freshen up because of sweating while on the bus. Not a very enjoyable tour and now I have a feeling of how Gilligan might have felt on the island... | ||||||

| Overall, I really enjoyed this tour. I think a potential improvement might be to provide more goodies - eg - something from the sex shop, and perhaps including the cosmopoitans as part of the package. The cupcakes being included was a great idea, and more freebies are always appreciated. The tour got a bit boring by the end, but not sure how this could have been improved. Perhaps 3 hours would be enough as the last half hour was a bit painful. | ||||||

| Our tour guide, Rosanne, was loads of fun. She was very knowledgeable about the sites we visited and her outgoing personality aided the tour. My wife and I had a blast and we definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting NYC. | ||||||

| although it has been very hot hot hot on the day the tour took place, it was really a highlight of my vacation in new york. the tour guide, named roseanne (!!!!) has been just great and she did her best to motivate everyone and make it an unforgettable event. some highlights: the friends appartment, the house as seen in bill cosby show, the tv and movie song contest, and the very tasty non-racist cookie (just to mention a view) if you want to see the movie and tv sites of new york city and besides have a good sightseeingtour then do it! it's just great, i got so many impressions und i had a lot of fun!!!!!!!! enjoy it, its worth every cent! | ||||||

| We started our trip to NY with this tour, and we really enjoyed it. The host was very nice, jovial and well informed. I appreciate that we had to go out the bus to see more stuff, and it keept us interested. I loved it and recommand it. (Sorry for the mistakes, I'm francophone!!!) | ||||||

| I felt that the tour was a very detailed and exciting tour of the city. It showed places that I wouldn't have known were part of movies and television. I felt that there was a lot of focus on Friends and Sex and the City. I personally did not like the destinations that we unboarded the bus. Out of the four that we stopped at I felt like only one was necessary. I also was not a fan of the TV singing contest. However outside of those two things I felt that Roxanne was very informative, enthusastic and truly enjoys what she does. | ||||||

| As leaders of a Senior Girl Scout troop (18 yr olds) we decided to surprise the girls with this tour. We were not sure how they would respond although we thought they would like it alot. We were pleased to see how much they enjoyed it. It was alot of fun and Gary our tour guide was great! The girls even got him to pose for a picture afterwards. They really enjoyed the trivia too. We got to see parts of NYC that we would not have had time to see and the interesting facts along the way were great! We would definitely recommend it. p.s. Dave the bus driver was a hoot also! We got him to pose for a picture too! | ||||||

| After reading many positive reviews I knew I had to take this tour. I was not disappointed. I am a huge fan of the show so I knew I would enjoy it but I didn't realize how much fun it would be. I was alone and met some very nice people on the tour. Our tour guide Lisa was very funny and so knowledgable. I thought I knew a lot about the show...........wow, did she impress me! It was nice to see clips of the show that related to the places we visited also. I highly recommend it! | ||||||

| This was a great tour! Not only did the tour guide know the show inside and out, she was very personable and very funny. They show you so much! I had a great time and plan on doing the tour again so I can absorb everything. I also plan on taking my husband on the Sapranos tour since this one was so great. Highly recommended! | ||||||
