The tour was lots of fun and also very helpful in getting a first overview of NYC. In the next days of sightseeing we often realized "Oh we have been here with the SATC tour this is where they filmed this..." I totally recommend it!

Was a fantastic tour with loads of information on where the movies were shot around New york. So as described. The tour guide was great and made it a fun day! Would have been nice to be able to stop for a drink at like one of the places that was shown as the tour was 3 hours. I also think it would have been nice to have a rundown on a leaflet of what we were shown to help on the day and also to keep as a souvenier of the day, as there was so much to take in.

This was a fast and fun way to see the eclectic neighborhoods in the city. Especially since we were only there for 4 days and you can't do it all walking. Not even if you use the bus or train. The tour guide was very knowlegable and also an actor, which made it even more fun. We took the tour on our last day and what a shame, because afterwards, we wanted to do the other specialized tours. Thanks for the great experience of seeing NYC for the first time.

this was brilliant and totally worth the money. good mixture of sights, trivia and clips for when the scenery was boring, and the clips matched the locations we went to. really really good time - and a great way to see NY too. emily was a fab guide.

The tour was not exaclty what i expected i think i expected more getting off the bus then just staying on and looking through the windows but it was still great i loved it i wish the packets that they hand out had a lot more places on it where the show was filmed and other intresting facts about the show but i did love it and will recommend it and probaly do it again sometime in the future .

Definitely enjoyed my afternoon reliving scenes from the Sopranos show and exploring parts of Jersey I wouldn't have otherwise seen. Tour guide was great at giving inside information about the cast members and scene bloopers which I found the most interesting. As a cast member himself (albeit one of the lesser known ones), he provided great anecdotes that gave the tour a nice behind the scenes feel. He also kept the tour fun and interactive by throwing out trivia questions and prizes throughout the day. If you're not a big Sopranos fan it can still be a great experience as long as you've seen a few episodes of the show. If you haven't seen any episodes, don't go. Might get boring after a few hours. Highlights of the tour included stopping for some authentic Italian cannolis (mmm) and of course ended by going into the original Bada Bing dance bar (with live girls included). Overall, a fun afternoon. Some suggestions would be to be sure you eat beforehand (4 hour tour becomes hard to manage on an empty stomach) and bring a jacket (A.C. on the bus is freezing).

My friends and I took the train into the city and during the whole ride in we discussed 'Sex and the City'; what it's about, the issues they bring up, the comedy and the serious; the fashions, how the girls dress; Manhattan, the actors and actresses, their roles, their lives. I eagerly await to watch the show at home after taking the tour (& this was my 2nd go around) just to see the sites pointed out on the tour that I actually visited. I love the fact that the show is filmed in Manhattan because I am very interested in the city and love to visit whenever I can. Each time I go in, I learn more and more. Manhattan is only 40 minutes from where I live and it's magical like the show. The tour guides are informative, interesting and fun. I learned so much about each episode and felt as though I was getting inside information about the actors and actresses as well as about Manhattan. I like the format of showing clips from the show on the bus and then actually visiting the site shown on the clip. Sitting on Carrie's apartment steps was the best! The show and everything about it is an enjoyable study in a sense for me. I purchased the Sex and the City book at the Pleasure Chest. What a delight for fans! It was also exciting to be in the very place where Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte discuss the rabbit. My interest also led to another fine purchase - the complete series on DVD. I can relate to all 4 girls and admire each one of their characters. I'll be back for more tours; perhaps even the private ones that are offered. I would love to have dinner at Mr. Big's Night Club and I must admit that I am an Aidan fan but as I become more familiar I can see Carrie's attraction to Mr. Big. The ultimate for me would be to meet any or all of the stars in person and get their autograph on the Sex and the City memorabilia that I own or on a brand new purchase. I think they all do a fantastic portrayal. I wasn't too happy with the cupcake deal. I didn't like the bakery boxes from the 'other' store and I would like to suggest that you include going into the actual 'Magnolia' bakery and then to the park. My daughter and I took the tour, she is a huge fan. We loved seeing the clips and then seeing the actual location. Took us all through the city to areas we probably wouldn't have gotten to in just a weekend. I highly recommend it !

My wife and I took a weekend visit to the Big Apple from Virginia Beach and of course we tried to cram as much as we could into the trip. Taking the New York TV and Movie tour was one of the highlights. There is a little something for everyone in the tour - from the point where the Stay Puff marshmellow man in Ghost Busters walked the streets to the spot the the little kid in Big Daddy went number one to sitting on the door step of the Cosby Show. Our tour guide, Kymberly, was energetic, fun, informative and some of the pictures she willingly took of us are most memorable. Her volunteering to take pictures of us as a couple was a bonus we weren't expecting! We may even take the tour AGAIN next time we visit the city that never sleeps. Thanks Kymberly! Aretta & Paul

We found the tour to be well planned and organized, informative and entertaining. Our tour guide, Kimberley, was awesome and funny. She had activities like trivia to keep the group entertained between stops and really knew the material. Showing clips from the movies whose locations we were seeing was really good too. The only suggestion I would have for the future is to hand out the booklets at the beginning of the tour so we wouldn't scribble notes to ourselves!

From Italy to SATC!!! Sex and the City Hotspots

My boyfriend and I come from Italy and we don't understand everything that the guide says, but we love the show clips. SATC tour was my dream and is a great way to start our trip in NYC, but at the moment of reservation "On location tour" told us the wrong pick up location and it's just as well that two kindly girls (thanks, thanks, thanks!!!) had called the tour people and we finally reached the correct location, without them we lost our money! In spite of this the tour was very funny and cupcakes and Cosmos at Steve's bar were wonderful. The highlight for me was sitting on Carrie's stoop! I recommend it! Suggestions: the T-Shirt don't worth the trouble to buy it and I would have liked to go to Manolo Blanik or Jimmy Choo. Give any givaways! Excuse me for the mistakes!! Valeria
