We enjoyed the tour of the city from a neighborhood perspective highlighting all the important sites including shopping and restaurants.

From start to finish, my 17 year old daughter and I enjoyed every part of the tour. Mame was great - engaging, knowledgable, funny, witty and informative. I liked the tidbits about the show but also about NYC. It really added alot to the tour. I couldn't wait to get home and watch my 'Sex' DVD's and see things pointed out during the tour.

Our 3 teens (2 15 yr old boys and a 12 yr old girl) enjoyed this tour, especially when the newer movies/tv show locations were shown. However, many of the sites/clips were from older movies that our kids didn't know. Still, it was a great way to get an overview of the city, and when we went out and explored on our own the next day we were able to stop by and spend more time in many of these places. Tour guide Kimberly was great, bus had a/c and was very comfy; we were in/out at several places that kept the kids interested. The surprise cookies were great, and the kids really enjoyed the trivia questions and winning lollipops. I would recommend this trip for movie buffs and tv fans. Our teens did enjoy the tour!

I enjoyed this. The guide was very informative and made a point of talking to me as I was on my own. I felt it was very long and the stops could have been shorter. I would recommend it to friends.
Manhattan Tour New York TV and Movie Sites

I go to NY at least 3 or 4 times a year usually just to shop, but it gets boring after a while. So I went online and tried to get onto the food tours but they were sold out. So I found the NY movie tours and the Manhattan tour was was available during the week so I booked it for a friend and myself. It was really quite interesting. We never get down to soho or the village so it was nice to see different parts of NY. Usually were uptown I really advise you to take the tour it was a lot of fun!

We had a wonderful time on this tour. Great way to see parts of the city that we hadn't seen before. Our tourguide was Lisa. She was knew the show and she was very funny and engaging! We took our older teenagers, who are fans of the show, and they loved it (they were definintely not too embarrassed). Thanks for a great glimpse of NYC and SATC.
Unprofessional and unpleasant New York TV and Movie Sites

My family had looked forward to this tour as one of the highlights of our visit to the US and one of the few things that children and parents alike could enjoy. We were sadly disappointed. The tour was amateurish. The promised video, linking the sites we were shown with the scenes from films and TV, was not working until the second half of the tour. By that time, the video was simply shown between sightings of other locations and had no impact or value whatsoever. In addition, the bus was not air conditioned as promised. We were provided with a replacement bus for the second half but the transfer between the buses resulted in unpleasantness as tourists scrambled for 'best seats' different from those they had in the first half. Finally, the Huxtable house which we looking forward to seeing was inaccesible due to construction work being conducted outside. It was pathetic to hear from our guide that she hoped four remaining tourists did not turn up because the tour was overbooked! It was equally pathetic to hear her constant suggestions to the group that we should be more positive when faced with adversity. She knew her material but glossed over obvious inadequacies of the tour, and the company's responsibiity, with essentially a motivational spiel and a smile. Excuses that the company does not own the buses and that the guide just turns up and is not responsible for the video or the bus were completely amateurish. Professionals would ensure the equipment is in place and operating and the service is delivered as promised. Regardless of the company's contracting out arrangments, it promises a service and on this occassion simply failed to deliver at all.

The tour itself is pretty cool but there were all sorts of problems on my tour. The buses video didn't work and the air conditioner was out. We had 50+ people on the bus so it was stuffy. We could not get to the Cosby brownstone because of construction. The icing on the cake was a huge JERK on the tour. We changed buses and he moved peoples stuff without their knowledge and would stste when he put it - all to get his same seat. Instead of our tourguide letting him sit in the very front after this, I think she should have made hime either get off the tour or sit in the open seat in the back. He was threatening and rude. Saw alot of neat places but would have liked to have seen more law and order sites. Tour was just ok.........Have contingency plan in case your tour ends up like this.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour as we are both avid Sex and the City fans. Our tour guide was superb and created just the right mood for everyone. I particularly liked seeing the spots and then being able to enjoy watching the places we'd just seen on the video. The highlights for us was Carries stoop and the cupcakes!!!!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting New York.

A great tour with teriffic guides. This was my second time on the tour, this time I took my 21 year-old daughter. We both loved it. Lots of fun facts, good laughs and a nice over-view of the city.

expected to see inside buildings - of course most of the filming is done outside of new york using the exteriors only - we had photos taken outside various locations. the video clips were ok - but on the whole i don't actually feel particularly as if it was a 'wow' factor, even with the unbridled enthusiasm of our guide, Jessica - i don't think i would have given it an average without her input - she did her level best to get us going i think advertising should clearly state that it is exteriors only - with a few clips inbetween the coach had been overbooked - not a good start also i was sitting at the back next to the restroom - hence any sites pointed out on the right hand side i could not see - hmmmmm thanks

My husband and I have always been fans of the show! The tour provided a great way to see NYC, and get the inside scoop on Carrie and the girls! Our tour guide was funny, informative, friendly, and she did a FABULOUS job of making us feel like a part of the city! I highly recommend the tour for a fun date with your husband or your gal pals!
