lousy weather - knowledgable host. Many places pointed out (too many at some points when film/tv titles fly out) , perhaps a few more older films would be more appreciated. The host was very enthusiastic and was well versed in both genres. Recommended, and a good way to see Manhattan.

THE way to get around Manhattan Sex and the City Hotspots

My friend and I went on the Sex and the City Hotspots tour on a recent trip to NYC. The tour was really very good: the bus drove around areas of Manhattan that are off the beaten path, to places I would never hear of or think to look for as a tourist. I would definitely never try driving a car through Manhattan to see all of this, so getting on the bus is the way to go, as far as I'm concerned. Our tour guide, Lou, was really great: very energetic, very talkative, and very knowledgeable. The video aspect of the tour was really neat: as Lou pointed out some locations, a cooresponding video from one or many episodes of SatC played on the TV in the bus. Sometimes the video would get behind because there were so many locations to point out in a short period of time. Some of the location highlights included the Pleasure Chest, Carrie's front stoop, the Magnolia Bakery, the Meatpacking district, various restaurants and parks around Greenwich Village, and O'nieals in SoHo. The tour ends at the HBO store. It was pouring rain all day when we were on the tour, so we stayed on the bus whenever possible. And a tip: at O'nieals, don't buy the souvenirs, but do buy a cosmo! Your next stop is the HBO store and they have a much better selection of merchandise!

I think this tour is great for people who are going to be in town for a week or more. Do it at the beginning and it will give you some great ideas of where to go and it also gives you chance to see some of the city. But I have staying in Manhattan for a few months now and definitely still enjoyed it. They show the clips from the places you are seeing on the bus after you have seen them. It was really helpful to jog your memory. Although I feel it would be more helpful to see them before.

I had a fabulous time on the Sex and the City tour! The tour guide was enthusiastic and adorable! Showing the clips was such a good idea to give you a reference. I would reccommend this to anyone!

Saw a lot from the show and the clips helped to jog my memory. The stops were timed well and they had entertaining things at them.

I live in the area and was pleased with all of the locations we visited. My boyfriend is a big Soprano's fan & he loved it. The tour guide was wonderful. He had such good information/trivia. He made the trip very interesting and enjoyable. Our trip took longer than the 4 hours. I expected to be back in NYC around 6:00 pm but we didn't get back until 6:45 pm. We had a 7:00 pm reservation at a restaurant across town. Customers should plan better in case the bus is later than usual.

As a huge Sex and the City fan, I thoroughly enjoyed this tour! The tour guide, Stephanie, was enthusiastic, fun and knowledgeable. It was great to see many of the spots where the show took place, and also gain insider views into various aspects of the show that i wouldn't have known had i not taken the tour. Being able to hop on and off the bus was great, and it also provided an opportunity to mingle with other tour mates. It also gives the chance to see all the hot New York spots for tourists; where to shop, eat, drink, etc like a local. Would do it again for sure! Thanks for a fantastic and memorable NY experience!

The tour was absolutely worth going on! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I would absolutely recommend this tour to any Sex and the City fan new or old. It's also a great way to see the city!

I recently attended this tour with my 14 year old son. We both enjoyed it quite a bit - there was something there for everyone. It's not only a great way to see lots of landmarks that you've come to know over the years from TV and movies, but it's also a great way to get acquainted with NYC in general. Definitely recommend it!

My adult daughter and I took both the NBC and TV/Movie tours. Both were very enjoyable. Was interesting to see the sets of Saturday NIght Live and Late night with Conan OBrian from the actual audience seating area. The tour guides were very knowledgable and fun. Thank you to NBC for opening up your building to the public! I'm glad we bought the Combo tickets on-line - saved a little money and through Zerve our tickets were reserved and check-in at both locations was very simple. We did the TV/Movie tour the second day. Was nice to ride in an air conditioned bus, and seeing the vidio clips as we viewed the actual site where the filming took place was a bonus. Our tour guide was excellent. She really knew her stuff and at the same time was very attentive to what was going on with the group. Since this was my first visit to NYC, was nice to just sit back and see alot of Manhattan. Thank you for 2 great tours!
