It was really really a great tour - and it's worth Sex and the City Hotspots

As I'm from Austria and I love "Sex and the City" for me it was an absolute must. On the tour I found out, that a considerable part of the picture I had of NY before visiting this amazing city was "influenced" by Sex and the City. We did'nt only see locations of Sex and the City sceenes - we also got to know a lot of "insider information". Our group was very individual (some girls did the tour alone or with a friend), but I had the feeling, that we all were connected in a special way, although we didn't know each other. I loved this afternoon and the 3 hours of the tour passed too fast - we also had a great guide. If you love Sex and the City... don't miss this tour!!!

It was wonderful. The guide was very knowledgable and entertaining. Could have spent two more hours with him. The time went by way tooooo fast.

This tour is definitely for people who are fans of the show. Our guide, Emily, provided us with so many details (that we had forgotten) from various shows. It was fun to remember small incidents. We liked all the small TV clips too that were shown on the bus between stops. We don't really think we needed to stop for 20 minutes at the "Sex" shop, though. (I think it was called the Pleasure Chest). No one bought anything...we did like the stop at "Aiden and Steve's" bar with the drinks. All in all, I would recommend it. Lots of trivia and Emily did a fantastic job narrating. We could tell she was so enthusiastic. So...if you're fans of the show, you should do this. We enjoyed seeing so many spots where episides were filmed.

Loved it. Amy, our guide, was fantastic. She's a comedian and actress so she gave a 'performance' the entire time. Very clever and funny. Very impressive. Enjoyed seeing all the sites. It was the perfect way to spend an afternoon with my visiting friends. If you're a big fan, you'll love it. If you're not that big a fan, I wouldn't bother.

The tour was hyped up in the online so I had set high expectations for the tour. Our tour guide was very friendly and was very knowledgable about New York City and knew a lot of facts about Sex and the City, but I was disappointed that we didn't get to stop at that many of the places where they had filmed scenes from the show. We drove by most of the places or watched clips on the television so I felt that it was a little boring at times or rushed. I personally didn't feel like it was worth my time or money. Also I felt that it was a little strange that the tour bus didn't drop us off at our original meeting place and dropped us off by the HBO store instead. This was inconvenient because the location that we were dropped off was very far away from where my companion and I were heading to after the tour. I would not recommend this to someone who is just a mediocre fan of the show and does not memorize the lines from the show word for word.

I took the tour earlier in the week and we were pleased. I would recommend taking this tour on a Sunday as we did, as traffic was as minimal as it can get in the city. The bus was comfortable and our guide was fun. I appreciated how the guide offers to take pictures at the various spots the bus stops at. It is also a great way to see the city in addition to the tv/movie spots. If you are a true tv/movie fan, this is the perfect tour.

I took this tour pretty much knowing what to expect, but I found that I got a lot more. The tour guide was both entertaining and informative, and the tour was 3 hours, but it felt much shorter than that. But the added bonus is that you pretty much get a sightseeing tour of New York along with the movie and television locations. We passed areas I had not seen before, and wouldn't even know where they were at. Even so, it was a great way to see the city and see the tv and movie locations. Overall, this was a great tour, and I reccomend it to anyone who is a movie buff, or even someone who just wants to see some different parts of the city.

I booked this tour for a friend's birthday and it was the perfect gift! It was awesome, even despite the sleet, snow, rain and freezing temps that we had to endure! Our tour guide, Liz, was funny, knowledgeable, and kept us engaged the entire trip; the bus driver really knew how to get through the city and through the yucky weather; and the stops were great (and the cupcakes even better!)!! This tour managed to make a dreary, cold afternoon the highlight of the weekend and I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves the Sex and the City gang, or to anyone just looking for a fun way to spend a few fun hours in NYC. Great!!

This tour was excellent and Stephanie is the best! I have been to NYC many times and wish I had done this long ago. It points out many good restaurants and bars to check out and neighborhoods to visit with great shops. Highly recommend this tour.
