We suggest getting your combo ticket online and taking the cruise first in the morning at 11:30. The crowd was manageable, and the ship had plenty of room. Everyone at both locations was friendly and helpful. |

We arrived early to see the horses and mules and we were able to see some of the horses get new shoes. The staff was super friendly and the horses, mules and chickens were great entertainment.
The tour itself was very informative, the guide was knowledgeable and funny. We loved the ride and would do it again in the future. Highly recommend this ride. |

Love everything about the ride; carriage, horses, and our guide. His knowledge of Charleston was very impressive. The ride was everything and more since this was my first time to visit Charleston. We will return and will ride the carriage rides with Pametto again. |

We came in to the Barn for a 3:00 arrival for a 3:30 carriage ride only to be told it would be an additional hour--The girl was so rude and barely even looked up to listen to us. My friend was from Scotland--I live here--I was so embarrassed for that girl. So we left and went to Old South-got on a carriage in 10 minutes and was delightfully entertained and very happy. We got satisfied by NOT riding on Palmetto. |

Our carriage driver was great! He really knew a lot of info about the area. We toured by some amazing mansions. I recommend taking this carriage ride at the beginning of your trip to Charleston. Taking this ride first will then help you decide what other sites you would like to see in the area. |
