Carrie was our coachwoman and she is the reason for such a marvelous tour. Her knowledge far succeeded other tour directors. We learned so much history and background about the city of Charleston. We and the other couples thoroughly enjoyed the time with c CARRIE.

We had a very limited time in Charleston so we did the carriage and harbor tour to see and learn as much as we could. The carriage guide was exceptional. He infused humor into the facts and was inclusive to everyone. The harbor tour was fine too, and the captain knew his stuff. We want to spend time in Charleston on our next pass through because of things we learned on the tour. It was money well spent!

All of the support staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our tour guide was very good. I fact-checked some of the information provided by the tour guide afterwards and it was mostly accurate. I would definitely recommend this tour company.

The ride was informative and worth going on. Easy to find. Just enought time to tour the area. Well kept facility. Tour guides spoke indepth of the town history in a lighthearted fun way. Parking was tight, but available near the site.

We had a really fun tour of Charleston. The driver was an excellent guide. A couple of times it was hard to hear so a microphone would have been nice for the times when there was a lot of other noise. The carriage was comfortable. The loading dock made it easy for elderly guests to get into the carriage.

Got there early on a Sunday morning for the first tour. The streets were not congested with people and cars, so the friendly, funny tour guide was able to really give a good tour....we loved the the whole experience!!

This is the second time I've taken this tour. And it was just as interesting as the first. Definately will continue to recommend . Thanks for an enjoyable day

My wife and I recently moved to Charleston from New England by way of Charlotte -- we lived in North Carolina for a year. Its hard to be away from the friends and family you've known your whole life; so its nice to be able to get to know the city which is your new home. Our tour guide was amazing, with a great grasp of local history and legend, and was adept at answering our questions. (Being a patriot, as well as something of a history buff, I was surprised to learn that the Gadsden who created the "Don't Tread On Me " flag lived in this very place) I would whole-heartedly recommend this carriage tour

Had a great time even though it rained on us some but that didn't slow how well out guide worked. Learned alot about the city and had a great time doing it.

We booked online with this company primarily because of the 4-hour free parking. Be sure to tell the parking attendant that you are allowed the 4 hours or you will only get two. Our driver teaches history during the school year & was very informative as well as entertaining. The seating seems to go by when you checked in for your time. We were seated in the front row even though a group rushed to the front of the line ahead of us. When the ride is over, you are just short steps from the City Market & will have time to shop & eat before collecting your car. Go in the morning because of the heat. The barn is open air-no AC. The staff were all very polite & helpful. Very young children would probably not enjoy this as much as our teenagers.

We enjoyed our tour of Charleston. We did the combo tour which included the Carriage tour and the boat tour. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, funny, and had a great sense of humor. My 8 year old could not thank me enough for this wonderful event. I Have already recommended the tour to others and will definitely take this tour wiht this company again.
