| The walk is easy walking, not stressful and entertaining / educational. Our tour guide was very friendly, open to all sorts of questions and an excellent listener and speaker. |

| The stories and information brought a little more to the table than what we are taught in school. It is interesting to listen to how things have not changed politically or how little we have learned from our own history. It would be great if we had someone like Washington who only cared about the success of the country and not about his own ability to get elected. Someone who would be honest and not spend all his time telling us what he thinks we want to hear. |

| I could not believe how much History that our tour guide Karen knew. I advise every
one who goes to New York to take this tour. I am an American History teacher and I was amazed at how much I learned. |

| Karen was a great guide. She has done lots of research about the Revolutionary War era in NYC and tells stories in an interesting and personalized way. Many times we felt as though we were hearing the actual words of the men she was speaking about. I would recommend her highly and go on the architectural tour she said she was planning to start giving soon. |

| Our guide was so very knowledgeable of the Revolutionary War and the involvement of the local citizens in the era before, during and after the War. She helped us picture how the area would have looked at that time and how that affected the local battles.
Our guide really transported us back in time.
We enjoyed the personal attention and I am not even sure how many blocks we walked but it was not difficult at all. |

| Our tour was one of the highlights of my first trip to New York City. It was well planned, and very interesting. Our guide made the revolutionary history come alive. It gave us a very different view of a very busy and modern city, and allowed us the time to appreciate the beauty of historical Manhattan. I would highly recommend this walking tour and in fact already have. |
