| The sights were awe-inspiring from City Hall area to the NYSE and the site of Washington's first inaugural to Bowling Green and Trinity Church on the lip of Ground Zero, but the guide made the tour extra special. She was knowledgable and seemed personally involved in and by the history. | ||||||

| The tour guide was very knowlegeable and was able to answer any questions asked. As an improvement, I would suggest the tour end at where the Five Points was since the Draft Riots are one of the most significant Civil War incidents. | ||||||

| We went on a cold December morning, but the three hour tour seemed to go by too quickly, that's how enjoyable it was. We learned so much. Our guide was super-knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and very friendly. I look forward to taking tours from her again when i'm back in NYC. tom - Atlanta | ||||||

| We were looking to have a special day as we left Amsterdam on a bus trip with 3 bus loads from my fiance's office. They are the largest employer in Montgomery County where we live. Karen was interesting and personable. She really knows her stuff and linked it extremely well with our interests and personal knowledge as well. She included everyone in the group and kept it lively. | Our guide, Karen, made this tour our favorite of the week! She was very knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions. We had no problem hearing or understanding her (a problem we encountered on other tours). She was very friendly and accommodating as well, allowing us to take pictures as we went along. She even managed to make history interesting for the member of the group who usually is not interested in history. Karen took us to places we would have found difficult to find on our own, so we felt the minimal fee was money well spent. We are already planning to include another tour from this company on our next trip to New York City. Thank you, Karen, for a great afternoon! | ||||||

| Enthusiastic guide, small group, good pace with lots of fascinating insights and information. Our group of 3 US citizens and 4 UK tourists made the subject matter of the tour even more interesting. Plenty of time for questions and a very personalised experience throughout. Would certainly recommend Partriot Tours to domestic and international visitors alike. | ||||||

| I wanted a different but interesting tour of Manhattan and this was it. The tour was very interesting and informative. The tour guide was enthusiastic and very friendly. I liked the idea a small group on a walking tour, everyone could hear the guide clearly. The tour guide had visual aids and provided very interesting facts and information about Manhattan in the Revolutionary times. The guide really made the historical facts interesting and we really learned alot in just a short amount of time -almost 3 hrs but it sure didn't feel like it . The walking wasn't hard, perfect pace and saw interesting sights I would have missed if on my own. I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in Manhattan and learning about the history. I can't wait to take the civil war tour and I hope more tours are added. This was a perfect, informative walking tour. | ||||||

| This was a fascinating glimpse at a volatile period in our history that incorporated facts (and intriguing trivia!) from local, national and international scope and presented them in a concise timeline. This enables the guest to get a real feel not only for the New York as it was in the late 1700's, but how the actions and decisions of that time created what we know today as NYC and the USA. It will effect how you look at the City for the rest of your trip...and every trip afterward! | ||||||

| I was very pleased with the tour and especially our guide, she was very knowledgable and enthusiastic. She shared many wonderful stories that really captivated my interest. I would have liked to have been able to actually go into Frances Tavern and also spend some time in the museum where the first inauguration of our first president took place. Having lived in NYC for a long time I was still suprised by sights I had never seen. I would highly recommend this tour to chlidren also because no history book can explain this era like our guide did. | ||||||

| We had such a great time on the Revolutionary walking tour. Having lived in NY all of my life it was fun to step back into time and learn the history of NY during the American Revolution. The tour leader was not only extremely informative she was a fantastic storyteller and captivated the group as she recounted historical events, anecdotes and helped to put you in the mindset of the folks living during revolutionary times. | ||||||
