| Karen our guide was the best. She was so well rounded-bits of info that were intersting to every member of our group-(ages 76-7). Karen was so excited about the history, She was excellent, which made the tour that much more the bomb(words of Emma age 12) Thank You!!!! | ||||||

| My husband and I enjoy anything that has to do with history. We took a revoluntionary tour in NYC. The tour was 2 1/2 hours long.Our guide was very knowledgeable and knew a great deal. The only bad thing was that the tour was too long...Too many stories so it was confusing at times and to much standing still in "spots were things were". I guess we were expecting more walking and showing of older bulidings or areas where things took place and not enough tidbits and little things that only a guide would know. You know fun facts. I would still use this comapny for future tours, no doubt. I just feel this one was not the best if had been on. | ||||||

| This was a most fascinating tour conducted by a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide. Not only did we see the sights and experience the sounds of New York but we learned many interesting facts about the revolutionary era. My wife and I are native New Yorkers, raised in Queens, who attended High School in Manhattan. But our tour guide had many stories to tell us that we did not know. She answered all our questions and brought history to life. We would recommend this tour most highly. | ||||||

| I took my 16 yr old son on this tour-it is fabulous! We felt like we were really there during the revolution-I really have not spent a lot of time downtown and even though I am a native NYer, I did not know of all the history! I highly recommend this tour, as the tour guide is AWESOME! : entertaining, knowledgeable, and has quite obviously done the research! so much so that it was really easy to imagine and be there during the Revolution-wish my history teachers were that good when I was in school. Great stories-the time went by quicker than I would have liked-my son and I plan to take the Civil War tour next! Enjoy! | ||||||

| We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The guide, Karen, was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. She kept my interest as well as that of my children, ages 10 and 12, throughout the 2 1/2 plus hours tour. Not only did we learn a lot, but we saw things we had never seen or noticed before. All of Manhattan, past and present, is more meaningful to us now. Many thanks for an interesting, educational and fun day. | ||||||

| I can't say enough about this tour or our guide. I've been raving about it all week to friends and coworkers. Our tour guide, Karen, was so thoroughly knowledgeable that it was a pleasure to journey through Revolutionary NY with her. She had an answer for everyone of our questions and she guided us through such a delightful day. We will definitely take other tours with this company. | ||||||

| i only went on this tour because my mom (on a revolutionary kick) wanted to, but i ended up learning sooo much! our guide, karen, was such an expert! she talked and kept us interested for 2 and a half hours! i learned so much and so did my mom (who already read a bunch of books on the era). it was a short walk and we stopped several times so it's not hard at all. just don't go when it's too cold or bundle up. very highly recommended!! | ||||||

| Having already attended the Revolutionary Era tour and loving it, I was unsure what to expect from the Civil War tour. Typically, I don’t think of NYC as being heavily involved with the Civil War, but was pleasantly surprised. The tour guide, Karen, was a delight, and full of historical CW tidbits. I learned info from her that I would probably never have gotten out of a book. It is the small details that help to form a picture in your mind and she is great with that piece. I hope to bring my sons, ages 14 & 11, to both tours in the near future. It was informative and fun to learn and know that they will enjoy the experience as well. | ||||||

| My friend and I attended the Revolutionary War walking tour in the AM; and the Civil War in the PM. We had a great time for both. For the Revolutionary tour, I found the small details discussed and the humor in which the Colonists "debated" interesting and funny at the same time. Seeing the landmarks of important happenings was such a neat thing. So much history happened in New York at this time and seeing it come to life through our guide, Karen, was great. She was funny, knowledgeable, and it was apparent she loved her job. Her enthusiasm for the history was contagious. If you like history, you will love this! Highly recommend! | ||||||

| My 13 year old daughter, my 10 year old son, and I found Karen to be most interesting. She is such a wealth of historical knowledge.... I learned a lot on the tour. I highly recommend it to anyone that likes history. | ||||||
