Our group had a great time on this tour. It was a fantastic way to see some of the sights of Philly and taste some delicious local specialties. We did this tour on the last day of our trip, and even after having done a bus tour, our guide (Judy) still taught us a few things we hadn't learned about the city!
The food was fantastic. We were absolutely stuffed after the first stop (Philly Cheese Steak) and appreciated that there was a bit of time and walking between the last savory stop (soft pretzels) and dessert.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city, just make sure to eat a light breakfast!! |

My daughter and I had fun and we loved the food. There is no way we would have covered these many places on our own. Even after the tour they gave us addresses with phone numbers to other great places to eat at. Judy was really knowledgable about the city, she knows the history of the city and answered all our questions with a smile. |

As a first time visitor to the city of Philadelphia and with a good solid 4 hours to spare by myself in the downtown area...I don't think I could have made a better decision than to take this tour. It was great insight to good food, history of philadelphia, and great walking exercise. Definitely reccommend it to anyone interested in learning about what Philadelphia has to offer when it comes to food, historical landmarks and what to do in the area. |

Cheap Food, not suitable for International tourist

The food they provide was very cheap. The taste was just so so. They only ordered one type of food in one place. I think it is not enough to understand the differences among foods. For example, they just mentioned about there were two different types of cheesesteak and different cheeses, but only bought one. Moreover, I think it is not good for international tourists who lack the background of US history. Sometimes, it is difficult for us to catch up. |

We enjoyed our tour. Judy told us a lot of interesting tidbits and obscure facts about Philly that we wouldn't otherwise have found out. The food was good, but turned out to be secondary to the sights, architecture and stories. We went later to places recommended and enjoyed our visit to Philadelphia much more than we would have if we had skipped the food tour. |

I took my elder parents (80 yrs) on this tour as a Christmas gift ,and we all loved it. The guide was knowledgeable and kind to all of us. The original description of the tour said 2 1/2 hours - but it ran about 3 1/2 hours. Compared to other food tours that I have taken (New York and New Orleans), this one had fewer food stops and more city/cultural stops - but it was all good! |
