Instead of a "traditional" bachelorette party, we took the bride-to-be on this tour instead. It was great! The tour guide was friendly, funny and knowledgable about the city. Our group was made up of locals and out-of-towners and everyone enjoyed themselves. Thanks to Joe for making this day memorable!

We had a lot of fun learning more about the food in Philly. We tried some good things and learned a lot. The tour was accommodating to different food allergies and vegetarians.

As a newlywed, I was looking for a local ,(from de) fun and tasty trip . I got all that plus lots of historical information about a city I knew little about. It's a great way to start your day in Philly ( afterwards we went to a trendy cafe away from the city).

The Flavors of Philly tour is a great tour for tourists and locals alike to participate in! People traveling to Philadelphia will enjoy the combination of learning about the city their visiting while experiencing the food that makes the city unique. Locals, like myself, will enjoy the tour too because you learn (or relearn) fun facts about Philadelphia! I personally enjoyed the tour because I finally had the opportunity to test out the restaurants that make Philadelphia the fantastic food destination it is! Next time I have friends come into town I know what restaurants to bring them to in order to really experience the food of Philly! The tour guide for my group was amazing as well! She made the experience very personable and memorable for the people I went with. Overall the Flavors of Philly tour is a fun way to enjoy an afternoon, explore the city, and try great food! I highly, highly, highly recommend it!!

More than met our expectations

Four of us took the tour. Our guide was wonderful. Besides the food which was plentiful and delicious, he took us around Philadelphia and explained different architectural details. We are from Philadelphia, and know a lot about our city's history. However, most of the architecture details were new to us. On our next trip in town, we were very conscious of the different building styles. This was a wonderful bonus.

We all enjoyed Michael Williams, his enthusiasm, and his wealth of knowledge about the area as well as about the food. We are still talking about the tomato pie; that was a new one for all of us. Thanks.
