food was delicious and they give you enough portions to make a light meal out of it; our guide (Jamie) was excellent; very knowledgeable, entertaining - he knows his stuff. i will certainly recommend this tour for those who intend to have a leisurely day in Philly. |

was very impressed with the tomatoe pie but the cheese steak at zio's was disappointing as evidenced by the amount of food left uneaten by everyone in the group. i think the cheese steak restaurant should offer other types of cheese not to mention mushrooms or peppers. the rest of the food was fine. our tour guide judy was enthusiastic and knowledgable |

This tour was amazingly fun! Our tour guide Jamie was exceptionally knowledgeable not only about the food but the history of Philadelphia itself. The food was excellent and a great way to see some sights at the same time. My husband and I went back to most of the stop later in our trip. Highly recommended! |

Great tour and eats! Jamie was the best of the guides we've had on our few City Food Tours. This one (flavors of Philly) had more food than Northern Liberties tour, and was more casual in my opinion. Definitely recommend both! |

Judy are tour guide was nice and a fun person with facts and info. We have been on Zerve Food Tours before in New York City and Milwaukee both were "A+" Philly a "C" the food was all fast food store front places, no restuarants like the other cities. The places were just not that interesting. Philly Pretzels fast food, Pizza just ok, cheese steak just ok, Reading Terminal been there done that. Where was the history and the places only locals know where to go, that's what NYC and Milwaukee did. Sorry Philly, need to upgrade the food. First tour that we needed to go out to dinner afterwards. |

The tour guide (Judy) really made the experience for us; she was funny and gave all kinds of neat info and history. The food was good but for us, the company was the best part. We didn't know the original Philly cheesesteak came with whiz; we thought it would be provolone and the whiz didn't sit very well for either of us. Aside from that, we enjoyed the food a great deal. We would recommend the experience; a great way to see and learn more about Philly. Thanks! |

After taking the tour on Monday, July 25 at 1:30 PM, the only conclusion we can reach is that it was far too expensive for what was delivered. We spent $82.00 for two of us and we got a slice of bread with tomato sauce on it, a small pretzel, a dry cheesesteak and fries with a blob of cheese whiz on top, a tiny chocolate-covered pretzel, and a cookie that was not good. That is not what we expected. Our tour guide was personable and did a good job, but he ended after 2 hours of a 2.5 hour tour. Do I get 20% back on our ticket price? I didn't think so. For these reasons, I cannot recommend your tour to anyone. |

It was an extremely hot day so the tour was modified. We did not get the full effect since we were unable to visit the Pretzel factory. There were not enough varied stops included. Too much of the tour was centered on the Reading Terminal. The Tomato Pie was a unique place which typified the local culture of the City. I would have enjoyed visiting more places of that nature. Our guide was sweet and funny, and if not for him, we may have been totally disappointed. This was a Father's Day gift for my husband. I opted for the additional "small sweet treat" which I payed for in advance, however we did not receive it. This was both upsetting and embarrassing since I made a big deal about the scrumptious confection we would be sharing at the end of our adventure. Live and Learn. |

We were in Philly with our two sons ages 20 and 17. We really enjoyed getting to taste the cheesesteaks and especially the tomato pie! The quantity was more than sufficient and our guide was very informative and enjoyable. I would recommend this to everyone! |

We took out of town family on the Flavors of Philly Food Tour and we enjoyed every minute of it! We learned interesting facts about not only Philly foods but also some of the city's history. They advertise that you get enough food for lunch but that is a huge understatement! I had enough food for lunch and dinner. The guys might disagree but they were more than satisfied. I am looking forward to doing their ethnic food tour next! |
