Best of New York - Personal Photo Tour

After reading the reviews about this Phototrek Tour on various websites, myself and my boyfriend decided to book this tour as part of our New York Trip Itinerary. We were not disapointed; it was possibly the best thing we did on our holiday. We were tired of going away with just the two of us and never beng able to get decent photos of the pair of us with the backdrop of our holiday. This tour overcame this and provided us with nearly 150 high quality photos that we would never have got on our own. Marc was an amazing source of knowledge and gave us plenty of ideas of things to do in NYC that are not part of the normal "Touristy" things to do. Overall this tour was money well spent and I have some amazing photos to remember our fantastic holiday by!!!

As I was traveling alone i felt really at ease with Marc! he was so helpfiul; going above and beyond giving me a little bit of history to all the places we visited and also showed me how to use the subway map ... as well as much more fabulous NYC advice! Marc was fantastic in accomodating all my requests and we must have seen heaps of New York in a short space of time!! I would highly reccomend this to ANYONE!!!! its great to get professional photographs of your trip and the price was great!

We had a great time even it was ice cold. In two hours we saw more of the city than in the two days before. ( well Marc showed us how to use the subway... :-)) ) Very nice photos of us and the city. Marc thanks a lot for two unforgettable hours and great shots. A++++++++++

This tour was a really good way to maximise your time in New York. There is no hanging about so you get to see and learn useful things in NY. He's keen to learn what you want to see and do and then works around you. Lots of advise as to things to see and do after the tour and a great insight to life from a New Yorkers perspective. The photos are excellent and delivered on a CD as promised the next day. Great guy and a great tour.

Mark's tour was a highlight of our stay in New York. We were able to experience some of the best parts of New York with a knowledgeable local and got some fantastic photos to remember our trip. Thanks Mark for such a memorable day - especially the tip on Bleecker Street Pizza! We would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience the real New York!

A great idea for couples who want some excellent pics of their time in New York. All our holiday pictures are of either me or my husband & the few we have together look awkward as we've asked another tourist to take them. Marc (photographer) was excellent. He put you at ease, made it enjoyable, had a great historical & local knowledge of the area and really took pride in showing off his home town. All of this whilst having a bit of fun, a good ribbing (the Glasgow accent is a bit strong for the natives!), sightseeing the best bits and having great pictures to take home - great value for money.

The tour was awesome and so were the pictures. It makes a great gift as well.

Im a bit late on this review we hired Mark for a couple of Hours back in October He was very professional and got the best pictures for us, we visited Times Square, Central Park, Greenwich Village are and the High Line. It was our first time in NYc and we had never used the subway before and after using it with him we were using it all the time. We had our disc within a couple of days and we highly recommend this tour for future travellers to the City you wont be dissapointed with the outcome also Mark told us lots of places we could to eat or places we could visit.

We had such a great time, and got to see tons of the city and learn about how the subway works. Wish we had done it sooner...i would suggest doing the tour on the day after you arrive...so you can get around easier afterward. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything NY!
