Best of New York - Personal Photo Tour

I found Photo Trek Tours when I did a search for Tours in New York City. I was initially so excited to find such a tour and then after the tour was finished, I was even more thrilled!! Marc was very enthusiastic and so very accommodating. He is a native of New York therefore full of information and insight. He gave the tour at our speed was so flexible when we requested a diversion from our initial itinerary. We liked the tour so much that I told two more couples we met on our trip about Marc and about Photo Trek Tours. The only thing I would have changed is that I wished we would have booked the tour for three hours instead of just two. I would have liked to have liked to have Marc around to take our pictures at a few more locations and for a little while longer. I will definitely recommend this Tour to anyone I know who is traveling to New York City. I can't wait until we travel back to New York with our son. I will be so wonderful to book Photo Trek Tours when we have our son with us the next time we visit!

I loved our tour guide Marc Samuels. He was fantastic! He took my husband and I thru the best of NYC. He took some fantastic pictures with great ideas that we would not of thought of. He gave us some great advice on how to navigate thru the subway system and the diffrent streets and how they work. He was very nice and even helped us with a little video thru a church. It was so nice having our own private tour guide and taking pictures of us. We felt like very important people and I am so glad we took the tour and would recommend it to anyone. I loved his website and that is where I got the idea to use the tour! I would love to come back there someday with some girlfriends and I will remember this place for sure. My fiance and I did the tour to take engagement pictures because we love New York City. We had a great time and got a lot of great pictures. Marc was able fit TONS of sites into the two hours. Highly recommend.

Our recent trip to NYC began with PhotoTrek Tours. It was a wonderful way to get a general overview of the island plus have these memories professionally captured on a CD to bring home with us. Our tour guide, Marc, was very personable and informative, making the adventure a very pleasant learning experience. I can't believe the amount of landmarks we were able to see in the time we spent with him! This was our first trip to New York City and meeting Marc on our first day was the best thing we could've done. It was awesome having him with us to tour us around and teach us how to venture around NY on our own. We really appreciated the Subway lesson, it came in handy later in our trip. We will highly recommend this tour to anyone planning a trip to NY.

We were in NYC on our honeymoon when we met Mark for our "photo-tour" and were very pleased with the tour, the photos and the tid-bits Mark had to pass along. I had been to NYC on several occasions, but my new wife had never visited before so the tour served as a wonderful introductory tour to the city. We have reviewed our photos several times and are absolutely thrilled. I have already mentioned the phototrek website to many friends and would encourage anyone to use Mark's services as they are professional, and the photos are of extremely high quality. I know that many of them will be framed for our home.

My cousin and I went on the PhotoTrek Tour the second day of our trip. Without the tour, we would never have been able to see Times Square, Central Park, the Brooklyn Bridge, and SOHO all in one day. He made us feel very comfortable with the subways, and the pictures were great. It rocked!

My adult daughter and I went to NY for a mother daughter get away and she wanted to do this tour...so we did...it was wonderful...not only all the pictures that were taken (and they were all great) but the sightseeing and pointing out of things that other wise we would have not known...it was a friendly great time and the 3 hours flew by so fast... it was one of the highlights of our trip...would highly recommend especially if your a family or couple and your wanting those pictures that you just can't get when one of you are taking the pictures...well worth it!

If you are visiting NYC or even live there, this is something you have to do. It was soooo much fun and we have amazing pictures that we will have forever! Well worth the time and money. Marc is great and knows where he's going and what he's doing!! Just don't buy a new pair of sneakers and break them in on this tour!!!

The tour was great. I learned a lot about NYC in a very short time. Plus it was very fun!!!
