| the photographer is very a very enthusiastic individual and knows his where abouts of new york city: history, famous landmarks, and little wonders that a tourist would not know, only a native. walking shoes is definately recommended since we do walk all around the city and it's a great way to know the subway system since that's the means of travel on tour.
photograph was good. photographer is game for any pose and is willing to adjust to what the customer wants. if there is a certain pose and a certain background you would like pictured, please do ask and he will provide. close up pictures, full length body shorts and half shots are done. however, there was much of the same background pictures done, with indivduals being too close up in the pictures. maybe a little more background would capture the surrounding area.
overall, we were satisfied with our pictures. the photographer did deliver our cds promptly as well as met at the arranged time in the morning. |

| My wife and I have visited New York several times and we go on a tour each time we're there. Friends of ours recommended this one and we're glad we listened to them. This is definitely the best tour so far and an excellent value for the money. It was so nice to have the tour guide to ourselves and not have to deal with lots of other people. Marc was superb. He's got the best parts of the New York personality - friendly, helpful and really proud of his city which made it a lot of fun. The pictures are great! We absolutely love them. Also, taking all those pictures in NY made it feel like more of an experience we can take with us. Not like the other tours we've been on that are fun at the time but you forget them afterwards. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PHOTOTREK. |

| During our recent vacation in New York, my fince and i had the pleasure of taking the taste of new york city tour and absolutely loved it.
Our personal guide Marc was terrific, very flexible and easy to talk to. He provided exceptional photography along with alot of knowledge about New York City. The combination made this tour and our trip to New York a truly memorable experience.
The tour itself was catered to our specifications enabling us to see the sights we hadn't already seen and to take photos from areas the typical tourist would not know of.
Many thanks to Marc and we look forward to our next trip to the Big Apple. |

| My husband and I went to New York City to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We took The Taste of the City Tour. It was terrific. Our guide, Marc, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the city. He showed us the highlights and made us feel comfortable in New York. After the tour we received wonderful pictures of us at the places we visited. Each time we look at them we relive our trip. It is a priceless memento and something we will always cherish. My husband and I very highly recommend PhotoTrek Tours. |

| Great Family Tour
Overall, this was a wonderful experience. My husband, my daughter, and I had a great time and the pictures are fantastic. It’s not easy to entertain a nine year old for over two hours, but this tour was a great solution. Since this is a photo tour as well as sightseeing, my daughter was essentially in the spotlight the whole time, which made her really enjoy herself! Plus Marc, the tour guide, took us to some really fun places. He is very friendly and an excellent photographer. Considering how much we would have spent on family photography elsewhere, this was a real bargain! I highly recommend this for families or couples – anyone really.

| Mark was wonderful! He was extremely informative on NY City tips for restaurants, how best to get around, and make the most of a short weekend stay in New York. For "first timers" to New York, I could think of no better way to aclimate yourself to the city in a short period of time. It is well worth the price because not only do you get a private and customized tour, you can be worry free about preserving your memories as he snaps photos along the way to capture each and every memory! And, ... don't forget the exercise you get as you walk the City. We truly felt as though we "experienced" New York by walking its bustling streets, looking up, and being in awe of the sites!!
The pictures were wonderful. Our family has traveled all over the world including the caribbean, Disney, Europe and Asia. We love pictures and use professional photographers often. Mark and Phototrek are one of New York's City's best values! |

| My wife and I recently went on the Phototrek Tours Taste of New York City tour and can not recommend it highly enough. The tour was the highlight of our entire trip to New York City. Mark, our tour guide / photographer, was excellent. He took us to locations in the city that we never would have experienced as casual tourists, made theater and restaurant recommendations, showed us how the subway system runs, explained to us about the various neighborhoods in the city – he made us as comfortable as natives in a city that can be pretty overwhelming to tourists.
The tour was fantastic, giving us not only a great feel for the city, but also tons of wonderful photographs that we will cherish always. Unlike so many other trips where we came home with only memories or at best a few lousy pictures taken by reluctant strangers, thanks to our Phototrek tour we have an album full of great photos from our trip to New York City – I wish Phototrek tours was in every city I visit!
I can’t recommend Phototrek tours highly enough… don’t miss this tour! |

| Our Tour Guide, Marc Samuels, who is a native New Yorker definitely LOVES New York and wanted to be sure we left “The City” with as much appreciation for New York that he has. His enthusiasm and knowledge of New York really showed through every aspect of his work. He was fun, informative, and needless to say a great photographer TOO! We were so pleased to be able to remember the highlights of his tour with a fabulously choreographed album that was as unique and special as our tour. We learned so much from Marc about New York in just 2 hours – it was amazing and well worth the money. There is no question we would recommend Phototrek Tours to family and friends – it is so worthwhile and we have wonderful photographs that will last a lifetime.
Definitely add Phototrek tours to your list of things to do when visiting New York! |
