Central Park & Uptown - Personal Photo Tour

This was my second tour with Marc and he only gets better! Last time my husband and I had a blast on the Best of New York tour and this time my 25-year-old son and I did the Central Park route and had a blast as well. Marc is a very congenial guide and gives interesting descriptions and tidbits of information about all the sights on the tour as well as the city in general. He is great with the camera, too -- the photos turned out awesomely well. Plus he recommended a great place for dinner at the end of the tour. Two gigantic thumbs up from us -- it was definitely a highlight of our week in New York!

Mark is very knowledgeable and knows how to tailor the tour to the individuals. No posing...just quick photos! Great city information (used later in the trip!) and saw parts of Central Park that I never knew existed. Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed.

The PhotoTrek tour was everything it promised to be and a perfect way to start our NY holiday. Marc shared his insider knowledge with us, making getting around the city the rest of the week less intimidating and much more enjoyable for us both. The CD of our pictures was delivered to our hotel the next day as promised and we were very pleased to see the results which we can't wait to share with out friends and family. I would recommend the tour to anybody wanting to make the most out of their NY city break. Some tips - wear your most comfortable footwear as Marc doesn't hang about, trying to capture as many memories as he can for you in your allotted time, periodically have a quick hair check as it can get a bit breezy about the city, remember to SMILE and you'll have a great time. Thanks Marc, you made a good holiday into a great holiday.

I am usually the one taking pictures and this time, I got to be in them! Marc was fun and we learned a lot on his tour. I highly recommend this tour...especially to moms who usually never get to be in family photos!!! This price may seem high, compared to some other tours, but the pictures are worth a million dollars! So, it really is a great deal!

My Daughter and I took this tour and it was great fun and a wonderful experience. Marc was awesome and his passion for New York shows in the pictures he takes. We are thrilled to have this permanent memory of our trip to New York! We could not recommend Mark Samuels more highly.

My husband and I were in town celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. New York City is one of our favorite places and it was wonderful to have good photos taken to document this trip. No fumbling with a camera and asking strangers to snap a photo of the two of us which may or may not turn out. The photographer knows the city and just the right spot to take each photo. We loved the information he gave us about the different places we went. Highly recommended.

My girlfriend and I were visiting New York together and were looking for a way that we can get lots of pictures together without having to ask others or to do self portaits. Then I found photo Trek Tours online and reserved a spot. This tour was great, Mark, our guide, took us through central park, Time Square, on the subway and the Brooklyn bridge. On top of that he recommened many other activities and areas for us to check out while we were there. The photos are great and Mark was very insightfull, i recommend this tour to all visiting NYC. Ce moment fût pour nous un grand moment dans notre voyage de noce car cela permet d'avoir des photos originales que nous ne pouvons pas faire nous même et d'avoir des anecdotes sur New York grâce au photographe. Après visionnage en rentrant, les photos sont magnifiques, nous n'avons pas été déçus de notre choix et de plus, la livraison s'est effectuée sans problème à l'hôtel. Marc was so friendly and helpful... the rest of our trip was so much better because of this tour. Not only did we have pictures to remember our vacation with, but he helped us with the subway system, how to work it, and saved us a lot of walking! The pictures were fantastic, and I loved every one of them. I definitely recommend this tour... however next time I would do it on the first day we would be in town as it would have saved us a lot of frustration in trying to get around.

The photo tour was great! Our guide (Mark) was well informed about the sights of the city and took us all over. My husband and I were on a trip alone. So having pictures of us together around the city was great.
