We had a great time getting to see some of the highlights of the city. The tour allowed us to become more comfortable with getting around on our own, especially after learning how to ride the subway! The next day, you would have thought we were natives! Mark made the afternoon fun and enjoyable. The CDs with the pictures from the day were delivered the next day as promised and are a great memento of our trip. I would definitely recommend PhotoTrek Tours to anyone visiting NYC for the first time!

Mark is the best tour guide in NYC! He took us around all the places we wanted to see and took fantastic photos, which we will definately treasure. The prices are reasonable and the photos were delivered to the hotel in less than 24 hours. Mark was friendly, helpful and wrote doen numerous places for drinks and food, some of which we went to and found them to be great. If you are going to NYC - book this tour!

We thoroughly enjoyed our photo tour which we booked for the afternoon after getting married at City Hall. Our main reason for booking was to get some iconic New York photos of us on our wedding day. Mark was both professional and laid back, putting us at ease. Being typically reserved English we were a little nervous that we would feel rather foolish being photographed, however, we needn't have worried, it was great fun and we got loads of pictures we would otherwise have never had. As we were flying home the next day, Mark was even able to get our photos to the hotel on the same day for which we were very grateful. As we had been in the city for a few days and done a lot of exploring ourselves we were familiar with a lot of the places that Mark took us to, however, we still learnt more about these places and Mark showed us things we had missed. We are delighted with our fabulous photos and the great experience we had. Thank you.

When booking this tour, my biggest fear was that the tour guide would just be some guy with a camera, not a professional photographer and that my pictures would look like snapshots. Don't worry, the pictures are amazing and much better that one I could have taken or had someone else take. Marc knows what he is doing from suggesting poses to symmetrically arranging you in the photograph to getting the timing down to were you and your group are in perfect position to catch the horse and carriage driving past in the background. My fiance and I wanted something a little different and special to use for engagement photos (for save the date, the invitation, and maybe even for the favors) and we definately got our moneys worth with these pictures. We took the 3 hour tour and received over 200 pictures from all over the city, central park (my favorite part), brooklyn bridge, grand central station, and more. The hardest part now will be deciding which photos to use because they are all so good. Marc was extremely cool about poses that I suggested trying and went above and beyond to get the shot we were after. All I can say is Take this Tour!

We highly recommend this photo excursion. We saw A LOT and learned some little nuggets of history (as well as NYC specific ettiquette) about the city from our tour guide that we would not have learned on our own. Also, our tour guide was great; we were totally comfortable navigating the city with him and chit chatting during our tour. Also, the Zerve folks (for the actual purchase of this package Online) were very helpful and nice over the phone. Overall, a must for getting the best photo opportunities. We got some great photos!

It was great to have both of us in photos from a vacation. Our children said they had never seen so many pictures of their parents together. It was an informative wonderful start to our week in NYC.

My sister-in-law and I took a much needed girls trip to New York. We had a very limited amount of time and I knew that my sister-in-law would be behind her camera the duration of our visit. Taking this tour gave us the opportunity to have photos together at incredible, breathtaking landmarks in New York, on a limited time frame and with a reasonable price. Mark is absolutely delightful and a very talented photographer! He was wonderful! We got to see SO MUCH in just two hours time, and he even directed us on how to get to our next two destinations! We could not have accomplished seeing all we wanted to see without Mark! It is MORE than worth the money for these lifetime memories of our trip to New York!!! This was the best souvenir we could have purchased!!!

I found Photo Trek Tours when I did a search for Tours in New York City. I was initially so excited to find such a tour and then after the tour was finished, I was even more thrilled!! Marc was very enthusiastic and so very accommodating. He is a native of New York therefore full of information and insight. He gave the tour at our speed was so flexible when we requested a diversion from our initial itinerary. We liked the tour so much that I told two more couples we met on our trip about Marc and about Photo Trek Tours. The only thing I would have changed is that I wished we would have booked the tour for three hours instead of just two. I would have liked to have liked to have Marc around to take our pictures at a few more locations and for a little while longer. I will definitely recommend this Tour to anyone I know who is traveling to New York City. I can't wait until we travel back to New York with our son. I will be so wonderful to book Photo Trek Tours when we have our son with us the next time we visit!

I loved our tour guide Marc Samuels. He was fantastic! He took my husband and I thru the best of NYC. He took some fantastic pictures with great ideas that we would not of thought of. He gave us some great advice on how to navigate thru the subway system and the diffrent streets and how they work. He was very nice and even helped us with a little video thru a church. It was so nice having our own private tour guide and taking pictures of us. We felt like very important people and I am so glad we took the tour and would recommend it to anyone. I loved his website and that is where I got the idea to use the tour! I would love to come back there someday with some girlfriends and I will remember this place for sure. My fiance and I did the tour to take engagement pictures because we love New York City. We had a great time and got a lot of great pictures. Marc was able fit TONS of sites into the two hours. Highly recommend.

Our recent trip to NYC began with PhotoTrek Tours. It was a wonderful way to get a general overview of the island plus have these memories professionally captured on a CD to bring home with us. Our tour guide, Marc, was very personable and informative, making the adventure a very pleasant learning experience. I can't believe the amount of landmarks we were able to see in the time we spent with him! This was our first trip to New York City and meeting Marc on our first day was the best thing we could've done. It was awesome having him with us to tour us around and teach us how to venture around NY on our own. We really appreciated the Subway lesson, it came in handy later in our trip. We will highly recommend this tour to anyone planning a trip to NY.

My cousin and I went on the PhotoTrek Tour the second day of our trip. Without the tour, we would never have been able to see Times Square, Central Park, the Brooklyn Bridge, and SOHO all in one day. He made us feel very comfortable with the subways, and the pictures were great. It rocked!
