| Marc was an excellent tourguide and photographer who helped us to capture life long memories in photos! We saw NYC as a local would, walking and taking the subway from one location to the next and we saw and learned things that cannot come out of a tour book. Its the first vacation (ever) that we have family photos from which included all 4 of us, and Marc's photo quality and the way that he made sure that the landmarks were part of each photograph, can not be rivalled by the types of amateur photos we would have taken. We had children with us and yet we always felt that our safety was Marc's priority and he kept his eye on all of us at all times. This was an excellent experience for all and we have already recommended it to all of our friends and family! | ||||||

| We came back from New York with tons of great photos. Be ready to zip around Manhattan in two hours. We walked fast!! The tour was a lot of fun and a great concept. We didn't have to worry about taking anymore photos on the rest of the trip. | ||||||

| Highly Recommend this Tour – do it FIRST! Gives a great “flavor” of NYC and makes it easier for you to find your way around later. Marc is a gem. He knows photography and he knows NYC. All along our tour he gave us pointers and told us about the city as only a native New Yorker could do. We started down Times Square and before we knew it were in the subway buying our pass for the week and ready to take a subway ride uptown to Central Park. We took some shots in the Park. Walked through a small portion of the park on the southeast corner and then headed east to Lexington Ave. to catch the subway heading to the Brooklyn Bridge. We walked to about the halfway point on the Bridge for more photos and some spectacular views of the skyline. Working our way back to the subway we headed uptown and got off at Chinatown and walked from Chinatown to Little Italy Walking through Little Italy we headed toward Soho (South of Houston – Hows-ton) and found some great little streets that were hidden. From Soho we made it to the edge of Greenwich Village where the tour ended. And since he showed us how to use the Subway, it was easy to find our way back! We had THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME with Marc. | What an experience! Marc was fantastic, he showed us so many different areas of New York and how to use the subway. As a result, we covered so much ground and felt really confident getting around the city after the tour. Marc has loads of tips and info to share about the City and it really is a fantastic experience when you get home and share it with your friends and family. | ||||||

| My husband and I went to New York City to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We took The Taste of the City Tour. It was terrific. Our guide, Marc, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the city. He showed us the highlights and made us feel comfortable in New York. After the tour we received wonderful pictures of us at the places we visited. Each time we look at them we relive our trip. It is a priceless memento and something we will always cherish. My husband and I very highly recommend PhotoTrek Tours. | ||||||

| My wife & I, both seniors from London, England & with walking difficulties,were delighted with the way Marc helped us on our 3 hour 'trek' around the Big Apple. We visited Central Park, Times Square & Brooklyn Bridge & by 08.00 hrs the following morning the disc had been delivered to our hotel with approx. 130 super images. To say we were 'knackered' the following day would be an understatement having not walked so far in years, but Marc knew all the short cuts especially on the subway network & was so understanding with our continued stopping & starting. Not really recommended for the elderly or people with mobility problems, but we would not have missed it for the world--the highlight of our stay in New York! | We would definitely recommend Photo Trek--wish we could have done it earlier in our trip but we were rained out. Marc, our photographer and guide, consulted us as to which parts of New York we wanted to see so we would not duplicate what we had already seen. As we followed him around he would quickly take pictures of us as he told us about the area we were in. He went at our pace. We were all in good health so we zoomed around and saw pretty much. Since we were leaving the next day, he mailed copies of the pictures to both us and our daughter in another state. Some of the pictures we are not sure of the background--wish we had more information as to what we were standing in front of. At the time, Marc told us but we do not remember all the buildings. We had different poses but the majority of the poses were the same--all 3 lined up in front of an area. Wish we could have had a few more different poses. All in all, Marc was extremely accommodating, fun and helpful. He added much to our trip to New York. Thank you, Marc. | ||||||

| Our recent trip to NYC began with PhotoTrek Tours. It was a wonderful way to get a general overview of the island plus have these memories professionally captured on a CD to bring home with us. Our tour guide, Marc, was very personable and informative, making the adventure a very pleasant learning experience. I can't believe the amount of landmarks we were able to see in the time we spent with him! On our next trip, I will definetly book Marc again for different areas of the city....a great guide...a great tour...and great photos!!! Thanks for the memories! | My wife and I where visiting New York from Australia as part of a Birthday gift to my wife and purchased the four-hour tour. Marc Samuels provided a wonderful and enthusiastic service. Mr Samuels’s obvious enthusiasm for his native New York was infectious and my wife and I not only enjoyed the photographs but also the fabulous guided tour.
