For my sister's birthday, I wanted to give her an experience rather then a gift. She loves history and I not so much. We have lived in Massachusetts 45 minutes from the city for over 30 years and have never done the freedom trail. Since she loves history so much I decided to suck it up and go on the tour. But me being more of a creative type thought that I could make it more enjoyable for myself by doing the Photowalk tour, at least that way I could get something out of it. Saba did a great job combining history and creativity in the tour. Though I did learn about some of the history of Boston and I was actually not bored, I also took over 120 pictures, most of them being frame worthy. I have taken granted the beauty that is held in this gorgeous city and it took looking through the lens of my camera to remind me what I have within a quick drive. I am by no means a photographer, I enjoy beautiful things and I can point and click my camera, nothing fancy. However with Saba's help you would think I was a professional. She made great suggested shots and was good at keeping us moving and allowing me to spread my creative wings a little with my shots. I would recommend this tour to those who want something fun to do that is looking for a more unique experience. I would love to do it again and try a different area! Thanks Saba we will be back! |

We were a little nervous about going on a tour as the weather was looking a little grey. Saba's warm enthusiasm was more then enough to make up for the cold weather. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and loved the people who were on it with us. We learned a lot about Boston's Back Bay and took some great photo's around the area. We learned some interesting photo tips and will likely use them again on our next trip. Thanks for the great experience! |

Saba was friendly and informative. It was windy but the light was good, so had the chance to take several nice shots. Even a basic point and shoot camera is fine. No knowledge of photography required. |

We visited the original Boston Public Library, the Trinity Church, both the old and the new Hancock buildings, and a handful of other locations all inside of 90 minutes. The walking probably was within a three block radius. You're not going to get any startling, or unbelievable photo tips or images on this tour. However, what you will get is a fascinating background for this part of the city, and some functional, useful, easy to remember ideas for how to compose images anywhere you may travel. |

This tour was an hour and a half well spent. Our guide was knowledgable about Boston and about photography. She was friendly and helpful. I found her technique of talking a photo with her camera and then showing the group what the result would be very informative. I wish I had been able to take one of the other tours as well. |

Saba, I sincerely enjoyed my two photo tours. With your help, I refreshed some basic camera functionality and reacquainted myself with my camera. You showed me how to use Program mode with exposure compensation to manage the exposure...that opened up an entirely new world for me and I feel much more confident that I can get the results that I want. Thanks also for sharing your perspective on composition. I got some really nice photos and treasured mementos of my visit to Boston. Linda Selvy |

We had already spent a few days in Boston, exploring on foot, and had seen many of the destinations that Saba had intended to show us. Really appreciated her knowledge of the area and its history and the fact that she pointed out things that we had completely overlooked on our own. On top of that, we learned a bit about how to maximize some of the features on our cameras, and we have some fantastic photos as keepsakes. |

I was so very lucky to be the only client for the 2 tours I booked. Saba proved to be a wonderful tour guide and I saw numerous places I would not have found otherwise.
The PhotoWalks is an ideal way to see parts of Boston not visible from the tour bus and of course to capture some exciting photos.
I would recommend the tours to all. |

We'd decided that this looked like a very good tour for our first morning in Boston - following an evening flight from the UK the previous day.
We weren't disappointed; Saba was very enthusiastic - it was a small group (just 4) - and she adapted to us (with Digital SLRs) & the other two (who had compact cameras); nice wander round bit we'd certainly not have found on our own, and while the weather helped (it was sunny) - it also gave other challenges to the photography (lots of shadows/contrasts!)
Thanks, Saba, it was fab! |

My husband and I had taken a Photowalk of Back Bay earlier in the year, and enjoyed it, so when our niece who loves to take photos came for a visit, we signed up for a Photowalk of the Freedom Trail. Learned a great deal about our history and how to effectively photograph the sites that document it, while thoroughly enjoying a great walk around our fabulous city of Boston. Saba is great, very knowledgeable, and super patient with camera novices like me. Will definitely sign up for another photowalk and tell our friends about it too. |

Managed somehow to be the only person on this tour ... we decided to do Beacon Hill and the Public Garden ... COMPLETELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE ... Saba is incredibly knowledgeable about Boston history AND about photography. We instantly clicked and had a whirlwind tour. Got some of my best shots ever. Learned SO MUCH about photography AND Boston! I am definitely coming back! Thanks Saba! |
