Saba is personable and fun. She set up many shots for me, so I came away with quite a few professional quality photos. In the process, she opened my eyes to new ways of visualizing potential shots, and helped me to use the features on my existing camera more fully. That alone was worth the price of the tour: Knowing I do not have to buy a better camera has allowed me to focus on the photography.

I already knew most of the history, but that was not the reason I booked the walk. The photo tips where great and I have had many compliments on the pictures I took that day.! I would gladly take another one of her tours.

I had just recently purchased a new digital camera and didn't know much about it. This tour provided me with simple instruction of my camera, historical information about the area and suggestions about subject matter. If i get the chance to go back to Boston I would definitely take another photowalk tour.

Fabulous guide - great with local lore and history, and fantastic at getting us to see things differently - incredible improvement in my shooting. Would recommend most highly for all types of photographers, and I will come back for the other tours, and will bring out of town guests as well.

I recently was in Boston on a business trip, and took this tour to provide an overview of the city and snap some photos too. I wasn't sure what to expect as I am not a photographer, but am thrilled to report that it was a great time. I really enjoyed that the guide highlighted those small details that you often walk right past, and then helped each of the tour attendees incorporate those details into their photos. Great concept, highly recommended, plus now I have some great photos of my visit!

Raised only a thirty miles out of Boston, I learned so much about the fascinating history of Boston that I never knew. I found myself repeating some fun facts over dinner with friends. The photography aspect added a nice twist. Not only did I get some beautiful shots of Boston (which I plan to frame), I got to see the city I love through a completely different photographic perspective. Saba, our tour guide, is very knowledgeable and down-to-Earth. She clearly loves what she does for a living, as it is evident in her dedication and enthusiasm for the tour. I took the Freedom Trail / North End tour and would consider going back for another one of her tours (in another part of the city) in the future.

Great value. It was over before I knew it. The outcome was a fresh perspective and a handful of very nice photos. I enjoyed the experience. The spring flowers were past their prime but the swans made up for it. Saba was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the fond memory.

This is our second tour with Saba. She is fully a top notch guide of both photography and traditional Boston experiences. We took the Flower tour which included some Beacon Hill as well as Louisburg Square. Saba provides her artistic eye for interesting and memorable photos and is filled with spot on information about any site we were observing. A tour with Saba is not to be missed. We will be touring again with her.

I cannot recommend Boston Photowalks enough. I look at my pictures and cannot believe I took the shots. The composition and angles are fantastic. The knowledge Saba has of the area is just the icing on the cake!

The tour was ok besides several rain showers, but that's mother nature. There were plenty of historical information shared, but I expected more on the phototechnical side. How to take them, what to look for and which settings are best.

Saba was a wealth of information. She presented it clearly as well defining photographic opportunities. She also demonstrated the shot to be taken so that each member of the group could enjoy the experience. The 90 minute Back Bay tour was enjoyable and informative. We recommend this photowalk to those visitors who want to experience the nuances of an area.

This was entertaining and informative. The tour guide spoke to you, not down to you and was well informed and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this to locals and visitors alike interested in learning more about photographic tips and Boston's history.
