| Scott's business card says pizza enthusiast, and I think that is grossly understating it! This guy knows everything there is to know about pizza, starting with the prep work, the phsyics, and the equipment used to bake it. His energy kept everyone interested the entire time, and the pizza was outstanding. So many times I have gone to NY and heard so much about thier pizza and gotten less than quality slices. Well on this tour, each place was better than the last. Bottom line is that I was able to see a good amount of Brooklyn, and Manhattan via the bus and did it by tasting the neighborhoods pizzas. Can't beat that! |

| Scott's Pizza Tour is a pure blast. If you like pizza, New York, and having fun, then you can't go wrong with this tour. Keep in mind that the bus tour takes 4.5 hours and the cost includes your Pizza so you wont need lunch. Best value in New York. Way better than we expected. |

| Scott's Pizza Tour is an informative and fun trip. No culinary background required! The tour hit 4 different pizza joints in various boroughs, selected for the history, taste, and style of pizza. Discussions on ingredients, pizza texture, and preparation method abound, but Scott emphesizes that it all comes down to personal taste! We had a wonderful time on the bus tour. |

| I went on Scott's Pizza Tour about a year and a half ago. Since the first tour, I've been sharing my vast pizza knowledge with all my friends and encouraging them to go on the tour. Finally we went back - this time on the tri-borough tour to Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn. I learned tons of new pizza facts and tried several new restaurants. I even won the trivia game. Thanks Scott for a wonderful Sunday!
All I can say is YUM! |

| We were in NYC for a long weekend and took the Pizza Bus Tour on Sunday. We have been to NYC several times and were looking for insider information.
Scott is the absolute authority on all things pizza. His knowledge and enthusiasm on the subject is unmatched....maybe a little obsessed, but that's a good thing.
We visited two pizza joints in Manhattan and another two in Brooklyn all while traveling on a big yellow school bus. We visited kitchens, saw ovens, talked with owners and servers, saw ingredients.
This is not a tour of the 'best' pizzas in NYC, but rather a contrast and compare tour. Coal ovens, wood ovens, natural gas, fresh mozzarella, aged mozzarella, bufala mozzarella, tomatoes, cooked sauce...The 'best' pizza is personal preference, but Scott is able to tell you why you like one and why you don't care for another. Personally, I liked them all. Boring, I know, but I'm OK with that.
Scott's enthusiasm is infectious and he had could recall visiting pizza places in just about every city represented on our tour. He also gave us a spot on recommendation for great Chinese dumplings!
I would do this tour again in a minute on our next trip to NYC. |

| We planned a last minute (about two week's lead time) to NYC. I wanted to show my son something other than the typical tourist stops in an interesting and fun way.... and we got to do it via a yellow school bus while eating our fave food! PIZZA! My son's a well-traveled kiddo, but typcially falls asleep on any type of tour. NOT on the Pizza Bus! A soundtrack of cool music, surrounded by cool people (it seemed like many were locals... NY/NJ, with a couple of tourists like us!) made the bus-ride really fun. And Scott! He's a funny guy who found the perfect ratio of talking to music-playing while on the bus. Scott clearly loves pizza, knows all about, and is respected by the owners/servers at the establishments we visited. I learned so much about pizza and my son had a blast! Next time we're in NYC, we're bringing Dad on the Pizza Bus! |

| Who would think there's so much to a really good pizza!
Scott you opened my eyes! I'm a very big skeptic when we started off. And as the tour came to the end I was transformed into a believer, that a small disk with cheese and sauce on it can bring people from all over the world together for 4 1/2 hours and have a really goood time.
The tour was fantastic, your knowledge and humor was the mozzarella on the pizza.
I will do this tour again with visting family and friends. |
