| A group of us, some pizza fanatics and some pizza likers, heard about Scott's pizza tour and thought it would be a laugh to go check it out. We're from NYC/Jersey, so we figured we wouldn't learn much, but we'd get a ride to 4 good pizza places in one afternoon. Well, we did get a great bus ride, and some great pizza, but the best of all is that Scott really knows pizza and has worked out special arrangements with the pizza places so that we really got special treatment - whether it was viewing a coal fired brick oven or meeting the owners or just getting whisked to our table for an immediate pie (wow)! Scott was a great guide - very kind and knowledgable and fun. (He draws excellent pizza diagrams!) I would recommend this tour to locals and visitors alike. My friends and I all want to go again! |

| This tour was really great. To be honest, at first I felt like it was a lot of money to pay for a bus ride and four slices of pizza, but it was well worth it. Scott was a wonderfully knowledgeable and exuberant tour guide. That man knows more about pizza than I ever thought was possible. His enthusiasm is infectious and I was so excited to see the different kinds of ovens, to see if I could see and taste the difference in the pizza that we ate and to learn about the past, present and future of pizza. There ended up being extra slices at each pizzeria and one place let us try two kinds of pies totaling at least 5 slices per person on the tour, and this was plenty of food! The bus ride, though hot and un-airconditioned, was so much fun. We had sing-alongs with the pizza mix tape that Scott played and saw some great views of the city crossing into and back from Brooklyn. I left the tour feeling smarter, happier and certainly more full! |

| I had a blast driving around in the bus and experiencing NYC in a whole new light.
Scott obviously has done a ton of research - the dude eat, sleeps, and breathes pizza. I envy his dedication! I found his knowledge base of the subject impressive and expansive.
The pizza itself was amazing. You can't go on a tour like this in Boston. I feel lucky to have gone, would go again in heartbeat, and would definitely recommend it to folks of all ages. |

| The pizza bus tour was enjoyable and informative. Scott the tour guide was personable and friendly. The different fuels used in cooking pizza was all new information for me. I enjoyed sampling the different pizzas from each location.
My favorite was the one made with mushrooms and truffles.....Yes, truffles!!
Highly recommend this tour. Lots of fun and laughs.

| Scott knows his stuff!! His pizza tour isn't just about eating, it's a crash course in all things pizza-- the reason certain ingredients are used, the science of pizza preparation and the history of the Italian community in New York. However what makes the tour really great is Scott's enthusiasm. He not only loves pizza, he obviously loves leading tours and meeting new people. He treats everyone on the tour as if they're a personal friend and he seems to take pride in showing off the pizza havens he loves. |

| I've been on a lot of history tours, but I had more fun on this one than any other. Scott's Pizza Tours provides a look at New York City, its immigration patterns, and its culinary traditions through the lense of pizza. And that is a truly great thing. We toured four pizzerias, ranging from some of the oldest (Lombardi's, Totonno's) to one of the newest and most unique (Fornino). Thanks to our tour guide's zeal and knowledge, we were able to discern the subtle difference between our slices and develop a tremendous appreciation for the art and science of the pizza pie.
I would strongly recommend this tour for foodies, history buffs or just people interested in seeing NYC in a totally different (and tasty) light. I loved it and hope to come back again! |

| I thoroughly enjoyed this pizza tour. It was a great way to see the city and sample some of the best pizza NYC has to offer! The guide was passionate about pizza and was knowledgeable about the history of pizza itself and of its spread throughout America. I would highly recommend this tour for kids and adults that are looking for something fun and different to do in NYC. |
