This was our second pizza tour with Scott's Pizza Tour. We took the tour that you ride the big yellow school bus to New York City boroughs to taste the pizza! Scott makes his tours so fun and interesting that you would have to be dead not to enjoy his enthusiasm for turning on his guests to great pizza. The Food Network is missing out on an opportunity to create a show around this guy. Scott is not only knowledgeable about one of our favorite foods he is quick witted and highly entertaining!

Our family was highly anticipating this tour, and Scott did NOT disappoint! Who knew there was so much to learn about pizza! From the ingredients in the crust, to where the tomatoes were grown, to how the cheese is made, to the temperature of the oven; Scott knew it all and did a fantastic job of sharing the information. His passion for pizza was evident from the beginning and I just can't say enough good things about this tour. Scott was happy to share his wealth of knowledge not only about pizza, but general questions about NYC - places to go, things to do, etc. And his relationship with the pizzeria owners was terrific, especially Louie at Sam's - we felt like we were sitting around Louie's family table chatting about this and that over a great slice of pizza. I cannot recommend this tour enough; we intend to do one of Scott's walking tours the next time we are in NYC.

Scott is a wonderful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic pizza tour guide. We went to places in NYC that I would not have ventured on my own. My 16 year old daughter was skeptical at first about the tour but ended up thoroughly enjoying herself.

Great day with Scott. He is a knowledgeable and entertaining host, who took the time to get to know us and our group. This was a birthday party of sorts for my 15 year old son and his friends. There were 6 of us total, and he made a point of letting the pizzeria's know we were celebrating, and added some fun flair to the trip. Kudos for a well planned tour. Lombardi's, Patsy's, Rizzo's, and Sam's. Fun times had by all.

We started our NYC holiday with Scott's pizza tour and what a start that was. This gentleman knows pizza inside out. He is passionate about it. And now we are looking at our pizzas from top to bottom, even flipping over a piece to check out the bottom of the crust. Scott has so much personality, so much charisma that you want him to be your personal guide for your entire holiday. Our 9 and 11 year old grandkids were just as enthused about the trip as their parents and we grandparents were. He brought them into the action by asking them to do certain things, remembering their names, etc. He made one-to-one contact with everyone on the tour. We were told that this was the best way to start a NYC vacation and that advice was right on the money. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. After that we walked Little Italy and Chinatown. What great memories. Thanks, Scott, from the three generation of Coloradoans!

We went on the walking pizza tour with Scott several years ago- and knew if we ever got the opportunity to do the Brooklyn Bus tour on a Sunday we definitely would. Finally we made it this past weekend and we were not disappointed. First of all, I have to say that Scott does an excellent job. He is so knowledgeable about all things pizza- and he loves sharing his knowledge with others. He goes out of his way to engage everyone on the tour and will happily answer any questions. Its apparent that he loves what he does. On the brooklyn tour we met in Manhattan, had our first slice there then loaded onto the bus and went to Brooklyn. We stopped at three more stops and one slice at each- four for the afternoon. We were pretty full at the end. But the pizza was amazing. I went with my family- two teens- and this was probably the favorite group activity that we did during our stay in NYC this go around. If you are the type that would go out of your way to find good pizza then you should go on this tour!
