When planning this trip to New York for my daughter's birthday - - we told ourselves that we had to get a piece of the best pizza in NYC. While searching the internet to find where the best slice could be found - - we realized that (in a major undersatement) that is very debatable!! In the process, we stumbled upon info. for "Scott's Pizza Tours" and booked the tour!! Well, we were not disappointed. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip! Scott makes this tour: Unique / Really Fun / Informative / Very Tasty!!!! He is a neat guy and after you take the tour you will realize that this is what he is supposed to be doing!! As far as the best slice? Well, our tour included Manhattan and Brooklyn (visited via the big yellow school bus) - - and I know my favorite place, now - - - but I can't name any names - - - you need to decide!!!!! I kid you not - - whether you're a local, or tourist - - this tour is awesome!!!! |

Scott is obviously totally obsessed with pizza and loves sharing his knowledge. The tour was well organized, the pizza was good (each in its own way), and Scott's expertise was the definite highlight.
Something different to do in New York that takes advantage of the culture of the city but isn't a typical tourist activity. Great for former New Yorkers (like me) who have already done most of the city's usual attractions. |

Scott was one of the best tour guides ever. He made everyone on our tour feel comfortable. Our group ranged persons from all over the Domestic US ages 16-70. We all had a blast and left with full bellies and enlarged understandings of pizza history. I would do it again in a heat beat. |

Scott does an amazing job making the tour fun and educational! It is important to understand that this is not a tour of New York - the point of the tour is to learn about the history of pizza, pizza making, and pizza tasting, which are all accomplished and delivered extremely well. If you are expecting to do some sightseeing on the tour bus, there is none, and that is by design. We would absolutely recommend doing this again, our kids 9 and 12 had a ball, and so did we! |

I can't say it loud enough... Go on this tour!! It was so fun and entertaining. Scott was great and knew everything about pizza. The tour stops at four locations and by the fourth you will be feeling stuffed! It was a great 4 1/ 2 hours and I plan on doing it again when I go back to NYC. |

Brilliant format and a very entertaining 3-4 hours. Plus you get to see bits of New York you probably wouldn't go to on your own. Patsy's pizza was the best. |

Delicious and informative tour of the best pizzerias in NYC by a pizza enthusiast and for enthusiasts. We were a group of parents in 50's and sons in 20's. The vote from us four is an overwhelming "awesome". Not only did we eat the best pizza around, but we learned about its history, ingredients, difference in baking styles, and much more. On the bus tour we got to venture to parts of the city we would never think to go, so it was a bit of site-seeing too. Scott is informative, funny and most all passionate about pizza. |

We loved the pizza tour. Scott is great - really enthusiastic and friendly and he makes the tour both fun & relaxed. The format of the tour is informal and you are free to ask whatever questions occur to you and to discuss a wide variety of topics so long as there is a link to pizza! It was a privilege to taste the different kinds of pizza and to visit out of the way authentic pizzerias which we would never have visited on our own. One thing though, don't go expecting to eat loads of pizza as you get a slice in each place so less than a full pizza per person. It was plenty for me but I think my husband could have eaten more! |

Scott knows his pies. We had one of the most enjoyable afternoons in a long time.
We are pizza fans from New Haven (also known for its pizza ) and it was wonderful to learn that there are other pizza fanatics in the world. From the oven to the dough to the tasting, the day was abbondanza. Thank you Scott for a good time, |
