Scott was passionate about pizza, the ingrediants and how it is made. He chose pizza places that clearly demonstrated differences in pizza and why each one was different. Scott was definitely knowledgable about his job and was enthusiastic and shared that enthusiam with us. It was a fun and fast trip and would hands down recommend it to anyone. In fact we are planning another trip with more family members. |

When planning this trip to New York for my daughter's birthday - - we told ourselves that we had to get a piece of the best pizza in NYC. While searching the internet to find where the best slice could be found - - we realized that (in a major undersatement) that is very debatable!! In the process, we stumbled upon info. for "Scott's Pizza Tours" and booked the tour!! Well, we were not disappointed. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip! Scott makes this tour: Unique / Really Fun / Informative / Very Tasty!!!! He is a neat guy and after you take the tour you will realize that this is what he is supposed to be doing!! As far as the best slice? Well, our tour included Manhattan and Brooklyn (visited via the big yellow school bus) - - and I know my favorite place, now - - - but I can't name any names - - - you need to decide!!!!! I kid you not - - whether you're a local, or tourist - - this tour is awesome!!!! |

Scott was great fun and had loads of information about the fabulously tasty pizza's, their history and the history of the ingredients.
Fun test at the end for a chance to win some goodies. Great fun travelling on the school bus. Would be even better if you could purchase the hoody Scott wears whilst on the tour. |

This tour EXCEEDED our expectations! I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to see NYC from a different point of view and anyone who would like to learn some unique history. Scott KNOWS his pizza. He is a pizza fanatic who has taken something he loves and created a fun and tasty format that allows him to share his love with others. This isn't just about eating pizza. Scott can tell you about the pizza parlors, the ovens, how they came to be, why they came to be. He can talk about Italy and their pizza, their approved pizzas, the approved ingredients.... You want to know something about pizza? Just ask Scott! The bus ride is fun (he has a great pizza song!), he is knowledgeable and entertaining, and the 4 pizzas we tried were 4 examples that not all pizzas are created equal.
This is a must do for all ages. Be ready to laugh, learn, and of course EAT! |

This tour was a great way to be introduced to NY style pizza. We were surprised that the bus was filled with locals until learning how many Pizzarias exist in the city. |

A small group of congenial people, led by a dynamic guy with great knowledge of pizza, cooking, and exceptional places for delicious tastes of all kinds. We went from neighborhood places to boutique places and met pizza chefs with superior styles. I want to go again! |
