| The tour guide, Scott, was enthusiastic and presented a well researched history of the components that go into good pizza making. The walking distance and the stops on the tour were well planned and not too extraneous. A great idea - good pizza - left us all with a smile on our faces. |

| I was looking for a tour that my twelve year old and wife and I would both enjoy; we found it with Scott's pizza tour. Scott met us right on time and we immediately started learning about NYC pizza. Scott's knowledge of pizza would have been enough to make the tour interesting, but his knowledge of Little Italy and the surrounding neighborhood's histories was what made the tour excellent vs. simply good.
If you are looking for a fun, relaxed way to explore Greenich Village and Little Italy on foot then this is the tour for you.

| Visited the city and went on the walking pizza tour for something fun to do other than visit Times Square. We had such a great time. We learned so many fun facts about pizza, the locals, and the city itself. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Also, amazing pizza and Scott had very creative extras added into the tour. Lots of fun!! |

| The pizza tour is well worth the time and expense. Scott is a delightful fellow with a lot of local knowledge. Each place he took us we were received with a friendly welcome. My wife and I would do this again because it was very enjoyable. Good job Scott. |

| My wife and I wanted to know what the best New York pizza was, so we went on Scott's Pizza Walking Tour. It was a great experience. Scott is a really nice, easygoing guy with a passion for pizza, and the three hour tour was a delight. Scott took us to three of the best pizzerias in New York, and explained what was special about the pizza at each one. We got to eat pizza at each place. Two of the pizzerias had coal-burning brick ovens, and Scott explained why these are so great for pizza-making. The walking tour went through both the East and West Village, and Scott explained how the popularity of pizza can be traced back to its origins as a street food in Little Italy.
If you are wondering, "Do I really want to spend three hours on a tour about pizza?" the answer is yes. It was terrific! |

| My mother and I regularly go to NYC and look for different types of things to do. We thoroughly enjoyed the history Scott provided about NYC and pizza during our walk through lower Manhattan. It was a rainy day which made it even better, because my mother and I were the only two who braved the weather to make the tour. We even had leftover pizza to take home, and a beer at our last pizza stop. Before Scott took us to our first pizza place, he took us to Little Italy to a cheese shop where they make homemade mozzarella. My mother and I agreed we are going back to the cheese shop and our first pizza stop the next time we go to NYC. Both were wonderful. We have recommended Scott's Pizza Tours to all of our friends. |

| If you are looking for something different while in New York City, I would highly recommend a walking pizza tour with Scott Wiener. The guy is passionate about his job and provides a historical look at the best slices in several areas of Manhattan.
You get to go to an authentic Italian cheese store to sample fresh mozzarella, then enjoy it on a pizza from Lombardi's, America's first pizzeria. Scott will explain the differences in crust and cooking times using coal-fired ovens versus conventional ovens - and even takes you behind the scenes at an oven manufacturer.
In between visits to pizzerias, you'll get a small gift bag with palate cleansers and a notepad, plus learn about the architecture and history in areas where you walk. Your taste different styles of pizza, and can make your own choice of what you consider to be the quintessential New York slice. Scott keeps it light and entertaining, so the time passes quickly.
The tour begins and ends within a block of a Subway terminal, so it is also convenient. |

| Scott's warmth and knowledge pair together to bring something very special to a tour with a few surprises of its own. Yes, there's great pizza of varying styles but...so much more. If you enjoy great pizza, embrace great culinary delights, and long to explore the depths of the city's history and top spots ---this tour is for you--mangia! |

| I was looking forward to this tour as an excuse to eat delicious pizza, and was incredibly and pleasantly surprised at the depth of knowledge our tourguide, Scott, brought to the table on all things pizza and NYC history related. And the pizza didn't disappoint, either :)
I recommend this tour to locals and tourists alike... anyone looking for a really authentic, uniquely NYC experience. |

| Every pizza lover should take this tour. In addition to the pizza tasting great at every stop, we learned so much about its history and the best ingredients and were able to get a behind-the-scenes look at some of the kitchens. Scott is a super tour guide, and I highly recommend his tours. |
