This tour was simply fabulous! Scott is hilarious, intelligent, enthusiastic, and a true lover of pizza. He made everyone feel welcome and relaxed. He is a font of knowledge as far as pizza is concerned. Who knew there was so much to learn? The carefully selected stops for tasting were wonderful. The various stops along the way were marvelous. This was a terrific tour!
I would say that because of the amount of walking on the tour, it might not be for everyone. Luckily there is a bus option on Sundays. |

This tour was great!!! Scott is an awesome tour guide! Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about pizza, plus he is hilarious! My friends and I had a great time on this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone. We're from the area, but I got to see parts of NYC we don't normally go to. Great for tourists from anywhere. There was an Australian group with our tour, and they seemed to enjoy it as well.
We will definitely be doing the bus tour in the future!
I would highly recommend comfy shoes and weather appropriate attire as this is a walking tour, rain or shine. The weather wasn't great the day of our tour, but it was still a really fun time!!!! |

We learned so much about pizza, and Scott made the tour entertaining as well as educational and delicious. I highly recommend this tour to anyone even vaguely interested in pizza and its history in NYC. We also got to see some interesting neighborhoods and even just missed Jude Law at one of the pizza places we visited. Scott is more passionate about pizza than David Letterman is about his staffers, and as such, we were astounded and pleased with his level of knowledge about, and love for, pizza. |

Scott's enthusiasm for pizza is contagious & he will show you the great places to grab a slice. We enjoyed 3 slices, which at first I thought wouldn't be enough, but it turned out I couldn't eat for the rest of the day. On the tour you enjoy a lot of walking, a good deal of pizza history, and a bunch of back story about the places you walk past and go to. I'd recommend the tour for New Yorkers and tourists alike if you want to know more about NYC pizza. |

Scott is lovely and very enthusiastic about his subject, he also takes you around (in my opinion) to the best areas of New York. He knows waht he's talking about, and as a result you get to eat the best pizza too! Highly recommended |

My son and I were in New York on a foodies vacation. He is the General Manager and Chef at a Pizza restaurant and wine bar in the midwest. We had a great time, Scott's knowledge of pizza is amazing. My son learned a lot and got some great ideas. I would think anyone that has a interest in pizza/New York would like this tour. Our group ranged in age from a child to retired. There was a guy from the neighborhood in our group, people from from both coasts of the United States and in between and a couple from England and a couple from Australia. Scott made it interesting for all of us. I would recommeded this tour to anyone that is interested in why their food is what it is and why it isn't all the same. Plus the tour includes a lot of New York history. And New York Pizza is really good, you get to eat 3 different kinds. |
