Scott the leader of this tour is so excited to teach us al there is to know anounpizza! And he literally knows almost everything! We stop at landmarks, Italian delis to eat cheese that was made 20 min before, and most importantly we stop three different times for a huge slice of pizza! He let's you experience al the types of pizza and you too will become an expert. It is nice because it is not all centers around little Italy, so one wil experience many other local arras like greenich village and the famous bleecker st. I highly recommend this tour for people of all ages!

Great tour, lots of fun. Scott is very knowledgeable about pizza and its history in New York City. But most of all his passion comes through and makes the whole experience enjoyable. Great fun and not too cheesy...Definetly recommend it. The pizza's good too.

We were in NYC for 3 days, and we did almost all of the major activities downtown. This was my husband's favorite! (Mine was shopping, but I loved this tour too). Scott is so knowledgable; he has done hands on research himself. He is so enthusiastic and personable; he really made the tour enjoyable beyond just eating pizza! The pizza, by the way, was delicious! Highly recommended.

From start to finish, one of the most fun and informative tours I have ever taken. Scott is a genius! I have already recommended this to friends, co-workers, family, etc! Next we are taking the bus tour!

Scott's Pizza Tour is, at its name says, a guided tour around New York City where you get to know more about the pizza world. The tour is leaded by Scott himself. He's very energetic, enthusiast and every bit of information he communicates is interesting to hear (not necessarily "useful" for everyday's life, but still very interesting nonetheless). The tour focuses on appreciating the pizza itself, its ingredients, and the way it's made by visiting 3 very different pizzerias, and tasting one slice per pizzeria. The on-foot tour lasts 3 hours, but passes by incredibly fast. I'd recommend it to anyone who's planning to go to New York this summer. Take the on-foot tour if possible, it's cheaper, and you get to appreciate the landscape (as well as being told a few facts by Scott himself about the visited neighbourhoods), but don't forget to bring the appropriate clothes if it ends up raining that day. Just a thing, though: this seems to be a couples activity, seeing most people in our tour were couples (including me and my girlfriend), so bring your loved one with you for best results! Wholeheartedly recommend!

Our best tour experience in New York City

Scott has a great tour idea that is fun for the whole family. We walked the streets of Little Italy and The Village and listened to interesting history on Italian immigration to America and how pizza got its start in New York City. We tasted of course wonderful pizza and it was very easy to eat three pieces from three different establishments within the three hour tour. Scott is a lot of fun and I highly recommend this tour to everyone who enjoys a slice of pizza pie!

You Gotta Do This!

I must admit my husband wanted to do this one, but when it was all said and done this was one of the favorite things we did during our vacation to NYC (and we did a lot), Scott's knowledge and enthusiasm are infectious. I would highly recommend this to anyone, not only will you learn a lot and get some great pizza, you will see some beautiful parts of the city you probably would not have seen unless you did this tour. Do it, you will not be sorry.
