Scott's Pizza Tours

A must do activity. This was my husband's and mine 1st visit to New York and we thoroughly enjoyed our Pizza Tour experience. Scott not only knows Pizza, he also knows New York and is very helpful at providing assistance regarding other NYC attractions. Scott and Zerve were a pleasure to deal with.

When I booked the pizza walk for my husband for Father's Day I had no idea that I'd enjoy it as much as he did. Scott is wonderfully enthusiastic and incredibly knowledgeable...and best of all, lots of fun! We had a great time, as did everyone else on the tour that day. I'd highly recommend Scott's tours for any pizza enthusiast. Buon appetito!

Loved seeing the area, would be great to hear more detail about the other buildings we passed. I know, it's a pizza tour so it focused on pizza, but I'm sure we passed lots of other great historical places, I would have loved to hear more as we were walking.

My 18-year-old granddaughter and I spent a wonderful afternoon with Scott as he impressed and amused us with his vast knowledge of pizzadom. Don't assume this is a teenager's tour -- she was one of only 3 under 20 in this group. You will not be disappointed and this will be a Sunday afternoon you will remember always.

Took my friend for his birthday, we had a blast. Scott is very enthusiastic and really knows his stuff. He makes the whole day fly by and you learn a lot of very interesting facts as well as have some delicious slices. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

This was one of our very favorite things we did in NYC! Scott is funny, interesting and entertaining! We learned some really interesting facts about making pizza and ate some extremely yummy pizza! Everyone in our group, ages 11 to 69, had so much fun. It was a great way to start off our visit in NYC. We had lots of fun critiquing the rest of the pizza we had in NYC, using all of our knowledge we learned from Scott. This tour is a MUST!

Scott's Pizza Tour is the perfect family activity and a great way to get the flavor of NYC (both literally and figuratively). We were fortunate enough to have Scott host the tour, and his energy, enthusiasm, passion and knowledge are infectious. The man is the Swami of the Slice and he is also great with kids - Scott made our eight year-old pizza lover a part of the action which kept our son engaged over the three hour tour. The pizzerias we visited were a great sample, and as a family - Mom, Dad, 12 yr-old daughter and 8 yr-old son - we wholeheartedly recommend this tour to any families seeking a memorable (and extremely tasty) NYC experience.

What a great way to spend 3 hours! Talking pizza and walking. Scott was an extremely informative and and enthusiastic tour guide. He made the whole tour! His knowledge of the local area, pizza and it's history was impressive. You could not help but share in his passion for pizza. Would highly recommend this tour for locals and out of town tourists.

We had a wonderful time on our pizza tour. Very informative and great pizza! Scott's enthusiasm is unmatched. We would all be so lucky to enjoy our jobs as much as Scott. I would recommend this activity to anyone who loves pizza.

This tour was not only fun, but such a brilliant way to see the lower borrows of Manhattan. Scott was so funny and so informative. I actually learned a lot about pizzas as well as the city. Scott took us 'behind the scenes' and I feel like I got to see a side of NY that most people don't. Not just pizza parlors but where the ovens are manufactured, meeting the manufacturers and visiting the warehouses of the Bowery district.Plus, what fun to eat three of the city's best slices, get educated on them, and be able to compare so directly. This is a must. Especially with kids. Can not recommend it more highly. And, by the way, I'm picky!!!

The tour was excellent. Scott was incredible-friendly, informative, enthusiastic.....I could go on. Great food, history, walking was great after food. Highly recommend this tour.

This tour may well have been one of our favorite things we did. We were travelling with a 16-1/2 year old, an 11 year old, and my parents, and each of us absolutely loved every second of this tour. Scott is a walking encyclopedia of all things pizza, and his enthusiasm is contagious. He is a dynamic personality worthy of his own show on the Food Network, the kind of person you want to remain in touch with and hang out with long after the tour is over because from the minute you meet him you're friends. The pizza was excellent and plentiful, and afterwards, we all went for ice cream together even though that was not on the actual tour. So much fun, so delicious, and a perfect blend of New York Pizza history, a chance to see the Village and a chance to sample some of the best pizza New York has to offer. Don't miss it!!

SCOTT was fantastic, engaging and included the kids during the tour. Highly recommend and cant wait to do it again.

Scott was an amazing tour guide. The depth of his knowledge of everything pizza is astounding. He is also extremely entertaining and fun.
