Scott's Pizza Tours

This is a great tour, especially if you like Pizza. Scott just makes it better. I now have a better appreciation of pizza, where it's from, and how it's made. Only negative is that the tour group was a bit large at 24. 15 and under would be better, but Scott made sure that everyone got to see what they needed to see. He's great!!!! :)

I have taken a lot of guided tours all over the world and I have to say Scott is one of the best tour guides I have ever seen. My fiance thought he was a pizza guru until he met Scott. Scott knows everything about pizza and will answer any questions you have. The tour was a mix of couples and families and I have to say Scott did a good job of entertaining and engaging every single person, no matter their age. It was the highlight of our entire New York City trip.

Scott's Pizza Tour is a must! Scott is super enthusiastic about pizza! The knowledge of pizza he has is mind blowing! I went on this tour to just try different types of pizza in New York and I got much more. You learn the history, science, and all the in's and out's of the pizza. All pizza lovers need to do this!

Had an excellent time doing the walking tour over the recent winter holiday. Scott is exceedingly entertaining, and knows more about pizza than you would think is there to be known. I am going home with a strong desire to buy myself a pizza stone and peel and become a pizza chef at my house. If you have two or three free hours while in New York City, grab a couple friends or a date and DO THIS!!

Scott was super-knowledgeable! If you are spending a few days in the city and you like pizza, it is a must!

It was fun to be out of the "touristy" areas/more in the local "New Yorker" hideaways...great food...great tour.

I just experienced my second pizza tour (and took my 6 adult children and husband this time). No one loves pizza as much as Scott! He is delightfully entertaining and made all of us love New York pizza too!

took a bus tour last summer and was ranting and raving about to our meetup group .. So I hosted on this Sunday.. More fun with a group then alone! Great pizza and fun!! I 100% recommend SPT to everyone!

Took us to 3 great pizzerias which represented the evolution of pizza. Great interaction with the group as well as the staff at the stops. Very entertaining and actually learned something new. Would highly recommend.

Was looking forward to this part of our trip to Manhattan. Expectations for the Crosstown Pizza Tour were high for both my wife and I. Dare I say, even higher than my own personal expectations for Wicked...although this is where my wife and I part ways. Scott delivered with his unique and charming love for all things pizza. Access to behind-the-scenes areas born from relationships developed over years, a fascinating history of pizza in the Manhattan area and an equally interesting understanding of the various methods of pizza baking were all great elements of the tour. All this and some great tasting slices from some of the best pizza bakers in the city. But wait there's more...an unscheduled tasting of a Nutella dessert pizza. The whole group got a tasting...thanks to my wife who noticed the large Nutella jars staying warm next to the brick oven. And while you're thinking of how good that must have tasted, the only thing better than picturing a Nutella dessert slice in your mind is having a sliver pass your lips. We'll be back for round two next time we are in Manhattan. Thanks Scott!

This needs to be on the "short list" for anyone that has ever enjoyed the taste of a slice of pizza. Don't waste your time or money for that matter and take any other "Pizza Tour" besides Scott's. Scott is oustanding at what he does. He is truely the #1 Pizza Man and there is no better tour guide. What a great way to experience New Your City and most of all New York Pizza. This has to be one of the best 3 hours of entertainment in NYC at a bargain price. A must for any pizza lover.

Scott's pizza tour was the best! We had some great pizzas but I was impressed with Scott's knowledge of pizza as well as other facts. Scott was also very accommodating. My wife was not feeling well so he went out of his way so that she would get a slice from each stop and made sure she was comfortable.
