Our famiy has visited New York on numerous occasions and was looking for something new on this trip. Our children, ages 11 and 9, were as enthralled with the tour as we were! They could not stop talking about all the different types of pizzas available and all the experiences they had on the trip! It was great! Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about pizza and made if very fun and entertaining! We would highly recommend! |

We did the pizza bus tour after a recommendation form our friends to take the pizza walking tour. Since it was sold out, we opted for the bus... which took us to Harlem, Astoria, Queens and Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It was a fun and diverse group of people, but we were the only group with kids. Scott is incredible. Gotta love him! Such enthusiasm, personality and a passion for pizza. We began our tour at Lombardi's. Perfection. We had fun discussing and comparing the pizzas, which were all very tasty. Our kids range from 4 to 16, and they all got into it and enjoyed the day. We will definitely go back and tell our friends. |

This time we had Joanne as our guide. She was wonderful, Scott taught her well. Wish we could have sat down at Johns - but the pizza was terrific. My niece really enjoyed herself. |

My boys and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Though it is listed as 3 hours, they said that the time flew and they did not notice the walking.
We learned so much about pizzas, crusts, tomatoes, mozarella...and got to taste a few pizzas that were cooked in different ways.
I particularly enjoyed the fact that we got to stroll through Little Italy and the Village, stopping off at local food producers. I look forward to spending more time in that area on my return.
Our favourite...Lombardis. |

Just the right balance between walking eating and learning. One possible improvement would be to serve only the best pizzas, I know this is different from everybody, but the middle stop was a pretty average (at best) pie. |

Scott was a lot of fun and very knowledgeable about pizza. Ours was a birthday celebration and he even arranged to have one of the restaurants serve my son a birthday "sundae" with a candle in it. I've been recommending it to everyone since then. (Of course, now I'm spoiled for life and can't eat a "regular" slice of pizza anywhere! |

I took my Grandson to NYC as an 8th grade graduation gift and when I saw this tour I figured it would get his attention! Scott was our leader and it was a large group of people. The day was gorgeous, perfect for a walk. The first Pizza place we went to was wonderful. We sat at tables and visited with fellow tour participants so we gained friends to walk with. Scott was very entertaining and knew more about pizza than anyone could possibly know! His passion for this simple food was consuming! My grandson said, "Now we will not be satisfied with just any pizza, because we know too much!" We made 2 other stops for comparative slices and ate in a cute small park with our group. The time flew and our tummies were happy! FUN! |

We had a group of 6 that ranged from ten years of age to fifty-three and everyone had a great time. We all enjoyed the pizza and the high energy of our guides. It was a lot of fun.
Not sure I'd recomend to anyone who is not interested in pizza, but that seems like a given.
Scott was great as a tour guide but the woman(sorry, forgot her name) should speak up a bit. It was a large group and she was hard to hear. |

I thought I knew a lot about nyc pizza, but scott has an encyclopedic knowledge. It was great to try a different variety of crusts, sauces, and cheeses. We went to two great places that I haven't even heard of. Highly recommended. |

We went on this tour with our 14yr old grandson- all pizza fans! The tour was really interesting - I reckon I can identify the kind of pizza oven used now by looking at a pizza- and fun. The guide was great and so were our other pizza followers- and of course the pizza we ate was the added bonus. We have not often taken a 'tour' as part of a holiday - but this really was time and money well spent. We have been busy reccommending it to friends on our return to UK |

Scott keeps his enthusiasm for the 3+ hours to make the tour fun. He has vast knowledge of the history and of the numerous pizzerias he's visited. The variety of pizza was all very good. The price of the walking tour makes it an excellent value.. |
