Most enjoyable class. Very well organized. Informative, ideal for novices and professional chefs, everyone is catered for. Opportunity to ask questions, help at hand if needed. This was such a fun class! 100% hands on and engaging. Mark Bello is extremely entertaining and charismatic. He's also very knowledgeable when it comes to sourcing of high quality ingredients. He stocks his pantry with all kinds of different ingredients and sauces so you can make your pizza your own. Will definitely go back for other classes! |

I have been doing pizza for a long time, but I decided to attend the class and pick some "tips". Mark its amazing, he shows you EVERYTHING, he did not hold back on any secrets! If you follow his advice, you will be doing spectacular pizzas in no time. From the mixing of the dough to the pick up of the pizza in the oven when its ready, he is full of tricks and tips that will improve your pizza making skills regardless of how good you already are.
I did some pizza for my family after the class and it was a total success
Furthermore, it was entretaining, proffessional and we ate as much as we could! |

Mark and Jenna ran a well choreographed class. We all made our own pizzas. While our dough was rising Mark made several pizzas for us to try, all with unique ingredient combinations. Everything was geared for you to make these pizzas at home. |
