Hands-On Pizza Workshop

Mark really knows his stuff and is an amazing presenter. After following his instructions I found it really easy to make a great tasting pizza. He also makes a few himself and they are really incredible. I am not much of a cook but just had a wonderful time trying it out and interacting with the people.

my wife and I have a great time. lots of fun and the instructors where great. if then give any other cooking classes we are in.

MARK BELLO and his staff were amazing. They made the class fun and educational. The class and the experience was worth every penny!!!!

it has been a great experience for all of us.. Mark /Jenny/Mike are great.. class is very relexing & enjoyable..they are making this class for everyone so we can try this at home .. the class size is small enough for them to pay personal attentions to everyone.. Just bring a few friends to create your own group, play with differnt flavors, knick back and enjoy!!! p.s. --there is one more tiny detail maybe they can improve - the big TV screen is a great idea but the glares from the lights nearby is making it impossible to see the TV on certain area.

Absolutely wonderful ! We had the best time there . The time flew by . They kept it so interesting for us beginners and it even held the attention for a few people that seemed more than hobbiests like it . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -- you gotta check this out .

Mark and Jenny are great hosts with a genuine passion for pizza and teaching. The class was filled with "pearls" to make a great pizza. This is the perfect class for the experienced home-gamer to the absolute novice pizza maker. The skills and technoques that Mark and Jenny teach you are easily transferred to your home kitchen. The only problem is that once your friends and family taste how amazing your pizza is, you will be put to work every weekend to make more.

I loved the class. It was extremely informative, fun and well organized. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure that each person in the class fully understood and mastered the skills necessary to make their own pizza pie. If you are a pizza connoisseur or just someone who loves pizza than this is definitely the class for you. Due to Mark's passion and the knowledge he has acquired through his travels abroad, pizza making has become for him not only a fun skill to teach but a bit of an art form. My only suggestion is that I might have condensed the overall class time.

Loved everything about this event. Mark and his team are very attentive and are by your side every step of the way. Results were delicious and steps easy to follow. With Mark's thorough insturctions, easy to replicate at home. Told all my friends that if/when in NY, this is a must. PERFETTO!

I am a pizza lover and I heard about this through a friend that took the class. Everything was perfect from Mark's enthusiasm and passion; the assistants were helpful and friendly and attentive to all our needs and questions; all the ingredients and tools were properly presented. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. Would recommend to anyone!

My husband and I spent a lovely afternoon at Pizza a Casa. What a fun and informative workshop - and yummy!!! Mark and Jenny are wonderful and our class was full of friendly fellow pizza lovers. I highly recommend it!
