This class will forever change your perspective on pizza. If you like that extra thin crust style pizza this class is for you... They teach you how to mak pies from start to finish better than your local pizza joint. Really geared for individuals tryin to make pizza at home- without the woodfired oven at home ... This class is an absolute must for pizza lovers, foodies, chefs and home cooks too!
Instructor Mike and his staff were fantastic - clearly foodies themselves - they break down pizza making at home so it's accessible to everybody - and I mean everybody - young or old - experienced chef or novice.
Whether you're a traditional Margarita fan or want to push the boundries with 'Bacon and Egg's - you will walk away happy - and full!
Take this class by yourself, with your partner, kids or friends but take it! |

Pleasant space. Terrific people running it. Very nice group of people participating. If you go with the right attitude you will have a fun time, and take home two or three interesting oven baked pizza's. |

Mark gives a very entertaining class, makes some demo pizzas, and then turns the class loose. Each student makes enough dough for 4 small pizzas. There are lots of ingredients to use for toppings.
This is really a no-fail method for producing pizza in a home oven. |

Mark was by far the most engaging instructor we have had in NYC for a cooking class. Interesting information, all the pizza you can make and eat, what's not to love? The take home materials are a great resource and we can't wait to start creating at home. |

I came to this workshop eager to learn how to make pizza -- by the end of the workshop, I had gained the knowledge to make great pizza from the ground up. The environment and class size are ideal for learning, as everyone gets the proper attention. Mark Bello and his excellent staff are genuinely friendly and are there for you every step of the way.
The honest truth is that I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Questions were always encouraged during the class and some even lead to short conversations that really brought me closer to the other attendees. Being able to share your pizzas with your fellow attendees and taste their pizzas added a nice touch to the class and truly allowed the group to come together as one.
This class provides people of all cooking levels -- from newbies like myself to the true pizza aficionados -- with the knowledge, comfort, AND confidence to go home and whip up their own masterful creations for family and friends to enjoy. Coincidentally, I have a family function in a few weeks where I plan on wowing the family with all the gems that I've learned (and currently practicing). This workshop will easily exceed your expectations and well-worth your time. |
